Genuine seller experiencing an IT issue – order delivered perfectly!
I wanted to leave a review because I noticed the website recently went down, and I know people can be quick to assume the worst. I placed an order on 7 September and was initially worried when the site went offline and emails bounced. However, it was clearly just a major technical glitch. Ryan had already processed my order, and it was safely delivered today by Royal Mail. This is a completely legitimate business, and they fulfill their orders even when facing system errors. Don't panic if the site is down—Ryan is honest and delivers! Ryan, if you are reading this, please let your regular customers know how we can find you when you start up again, or if you end up opening a new site under a different name. We want to keep supporting you!

Was a brilliant supploer but the website seems to have vanished. Another site appeared as if it were a new one, but even that doesn't load. Shame as this place was perfect and never had any issues.

Have ordered several times. Disappointed the company seems to have closed down as it was a good quality supplier with good customer service. Hopefully it’ll be back up and running in the future.

Had about 7 orders now from raccoon peptides, wouldnt go anywere else to buy. Great selection with plenty of information, fast delivery and great communication 👌

AVOID ⚠️.. I ordered on the 6th of September and I still haven't received anything, all of my emails are bouncing back and the website has closed down. There's no way to contact the company. They've taken everyone's money and ran!

Received wrong order and unable to contact them for refund. AVOID!!!

First order went smoothly, so I placed a second order. This time, the company appears to have completely disappeared. My money was taken, my emails have gone unanswered, and the website is no longer available.
Taking payment and then becoming completely unreachable is unacceptable. I’m now left without the product, without a refund, and with no way of contacting the company.

now offline....cannot get talking to him...what a waste of time....why can we not give NO stars..

Avoid at all costs. The last product i received has floating bits in it. Emailed them had no response. Website disappeared, I am on finding the owners address, which i will definitely get.

I have been waiting over a week for my order which usually comes within a few days, I have ordered about 5 times now. They have took my money this time and not sent my goods and now the website has been deleted it seems 😭

This WAS a great company to deal with but it appears they no longer exist.

Website has been permanently removed it seems.

Owner, Ryan, was always really helpful and the service was brilliant.

Website has been deleted.

Great service! 5th order, would definitely recommend. Available on WhatsApp for any questions or advice. I trust them enough with their products that my friends are now ordering too.

I placed an order on the 04/09/2026 and still haven't received it
I have emailed them twice and no reply now the website says
Will be back soon

I have ordered from Raccoon Multiple times now and all I can say is they supply Grade A products! Not only are they super competitive with the prices they offer quick delivery! Always receive 2 days after ordering! I can’t fault them at all! If you are looking for a fantastic supplier for Peps then these guys are the people to go to!

3 working days for delivery which i was happy with, my previous supplier closed down and ive had some bad quality product which didnt work for the last 2 months, so gave Raccoon a try and the quality is excellent, Rita packs a punch just what i needed. Will continue to use as is exactly what they say it is.

Cheapest I could find and delivery was quick , amazing stuff 🔥🔥

Totally legit company. Great service. Easy and fast communication. My second order and I will continue to place orders with them. They also shipped the order right away. Well packed.
