Mycket nöjd med vår fristående klädställning som är stadig och gedigen. Under monteringen kändes det som att man inte kunde dra åt gängorna så mycket som man ville för att lederna kom i fel riktning, men när alla delar var ihopsatta blev resultatet perfekt. Den är modernt industriell och ursnygg!

The product looks good, but the overall experience leaves a bad after taste.
The product (Rackbuddy Little Marlow) is nice, but there are so many other things that make you think twice about the company.
That it should cost 1/3 of the price of the item to send it back if you feel it didn't really fit is one of them. Maybe it's better to let the customer send it back on the company's shipping agreement instead of passing all the responsibility onto the customer. -There are quite a few things you can't have done to send it back though. For example, you can't have used the product, which means you can't see if it suits or fit. (It's metallic pipes wrapped foam plastic and tape, not super difficult for them to repack...) You have to send it back in a certain way that suits them, etc. They could have sent it with a return label that was already written if it was that important, and just deduct the costs. Seems to be smoother and cheaper for both parties.
The threads aren't the best. Quite hard to screw together some parts all the way in, plus I got cuts from them. So most of it was actually pretty bad when it comes to the experience.
The shelf itself - once I felt it wasn't worth the effort to send it back and I screwed it together - is nice. But there are other companies that have equivalent products with better terms and protection for the customer. So I would think twice before ordering from RackBuddy. If you feel your purchase wasn't all that for you, you be better off not buying it at all.

Regarding the conical threads, this is actually a feature of the design. The conical threads don’t screw in flush, which is intentional and part of the raw, industrial style seen in all our product images. That said, your feedback is important and will be shared with our product team.

Tack för din återkoppling – jag vill gärna förklara processen:
-Din beställning lades lördag den 28/3,
-Vi skickade paketet måndag den 31/3,
-Fredag den 4/4 ringde du, och jag lovade att undersöka med GLS/DB Schenker och återkomma så snart jag hörde från dem.
-Jag har tyvärr fortfarande inte hört något från leveransföretaget, men jag har precis kontrollerat spårningslänken och kan se att det i dag är måndag den 7/4, och att paketet är ute för leverans i dag.
Mot den bakgrunden måste jag säga, att jag blev väldigt förvånad över att du har lämnat en 1-stjärnig recension. Det är vi verkligen ledsna för, då vi upplever att vi har gjort allt vi kan och så snabbt som möjligt för att ge dig en god service.
Vi hoppas därför att du vill överväga att ompröva din bedömning – det betyder mycket för os som liten verksamhet.
Tveka inte att höra av dig om något fortfarande känns oklart eller om du inte får paketet i dag – så följer jag självklart upp det igen.

Hallen - hemmets första o sista intryck och avtryck
Har beställt en singel klädstång vägg/golv tidigare och va så nöjd, därför visste jag att det skulle bli RackBuddy när jag skulle göra om min hall. Hemmets första och sista intryck och där känslan av att komma hem ska finnas. John och Marlow 70 för skor och 120 som hatthylla, perfekt mått då min hall har en vinkel på 125 cm bredd. Rökt ek och mörk ledning. Finns inget annat att köpa i den stilen, såå fint! Till det köpte jag bruna singel runda knopphängare i marmor och har ett gammalt, brunt, litet väggskåp i industriell plåt, men utan hyllorna från RackBuddy hade det bara blivit en hall, nu är det min hall. Tack:)

I'm very satisfied with RackBuddy. There was a shipment issue with one of the packages, but the customer service solved it quickly and proactively – and the product itself is exactly what I expected it to be. I even ordered some extra shelves because I love them so much :)

Dyr leveransavgift och retur.
Leveransen gick hur smidigt som helst men det blev dyrt.
Köp om ni verkligen är säkra om ni vill behålla produkten. Jag köpte Frame Joey klädstång och betalade 200kr i leveransavgift. Det passade tyvärr inte och behöver betala 400kr för retur.

Great quality but difficult to return items
Great quality but the difficulty to return items drags it down a lot for me, and is something I wish I looked up before ordering. To be able to return (or even exchange) an item you have to pay for the shipping yourself to their warehouse in Denmark, which is expensive if you order it from another country. And if the package isnt delivered correctly (which is out of your control) you wont get your money back. This makes me hesitant to keep ordering from them in case the item wouldnt fit as i hoped. I wish they had a better system for returns, in that case it would get a 5/5.
