I bought a copy of my own background report. Much of it was absolutely false. 58 of the sixty people listed as associated with me are complete strangers. I was listed as having a criminal conviction at the time I was in the Army with a Top Secret clearance - obviously false. Much of the true information about me was completely missing as well. This site is incompetent and harmful.

Scam company does not allow you to opt out online. I also employ a 3rd party that specializes in online data removals and EVERY other data miner has removed my data except radaris. Radaris is a complete trash outfit and if anyone gets a class action going I will jump at the opportunity to join in.
Now a canned bot response full of lies and deception will appear below this post from this disgusting excuse for a company

Cannot remove private information from the website upon request and the removal tool will not allow for the removal. Called multiple times and left messages as no one ever answered the phone, sent emails, this company should be shut down!!!!

Réponse de Radaris
I had emailed Radaris 10 times regarding the removal of my information from their website. Their current online tools for removal would not allow me to remove the information. When emailing then, I took a screenshot of the URL that displayed my information and clearly highlighted the information to be removed. I have done everything to make it as easy as possible for this company to honor my request for private information removal with no success. I have even attempted calling them with no answer and left multiple voice messages. I had a past incident of identity theft and need this information removed for security reasons and I cannot understand why a company will not take such a request seriously and actively.

Dear bizstanding, or Radaris who the phone number connects from your website,
Please - At this point. Does anybody actually read this or even answer the phone. I have been trying to remove my name from the Blue Parrot Scuba Gibsonia Pa for the last 18 years. It's been closed that long.
Do me a favor - Take this website off the internet...!!!
That's all I ask, is this so difficult.
I have seen the removal of the entire page done in a few minutes, prior to dealing with Radaris, Bizstanding. It did happen. How would you feel if your name was associated with a business that you lost thousands of dollars and it's on the net? I take it that would be a negative or not - That's what this appears to me. Thanks in advance of taking it off the internet. b

Radaris.com shared my personal information and data without my permission. I contacted them multiple times to remove my personal information from their site. They continued to share my personal information. They even have shared incorrect information about me. This is not acceptable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolute scam. You’re better off searching for yourself! You’ll probably find more information!!

Radaris, owned by Bitsellers Experts Limited, steals personal information from online cookies. Your information will be sold worldwide to people or companies without your knowledge or permission.
I am a UK resident and I sued Bitsellers Expert Limited, which owns RADARIS. My case was heard at the IPEC Section of the Royal Court of Justice and I won the case. As a plaintiff, I sued the company personally and received damages. The use of a solicitor is expensive. The court will assist you if you have a solid case since you are not a lawyer. Despite the fact that the award was not significant, my data was removed from the website. The goal was to prevent them from republishing my photos or information for profit. It is advisable to contact Continental Broadband (the hosting provider for Radaris website, which is based in the US) if you are having difficulty getting RADARIS to remove your personal and sensitive data from their website.
Before pursuing legal action against BITSELLERS EXPERT LIMITED, I contacted them at least 20 times asking for them to remove my information and photos from their website. However, I was ignored so I found out that Continental Broadband was the hosting provider for RADARIS. I emailed them once and explained the problem. When I provided them with details of my problem with Radaris, it took only a couple of days for them to delete my photos and personal information from the Radaris website.
Therefore, if you believe that your data has been stolen without your permission and you can't get RADARIS to remove it, you should contact their host provider. If they do not act quickly, they may also be liable for copyright infringement.
The case was concluded almost one year ago in September 2021 and the damages have yet to be paid. I have now applied to the Royal Court of Justice, England, to enforce the order to include an order to freeze the bank account of BiTSELLERS EXPERT LIMITED until payment is made in full.
Don't allow this kind of deceit to continue. You have rights under the Data Protection Act and Copyright Act.

Radaris has 2 business listings of mine on their website BizStanding that need to be removed! I already went through a lot of trouble to have some information removed from Radaris but this was only because I was able to find one honest person who was willing to help! I got the identical, dishonest replies from Radaris and BizStanding after requesting to have the listings removed “They’re unable to remove any information because they’re cached search engine results from other sources “ I need to “update the primary source, BizStanding “ This is their own company and they’re aware that this is impossible for me to do (which is the reason that I’m in need of their assistance)! I explained to BizStanding that I’m aware that it’s not impossible to remove the listings because I found someone from Radaris to remove the information after the identical replies that claim that it’s impossible! I have continued to be ignored and haven’t been able to find one honest person from BizStanding (Radaris) who is willing to help! It would be so simple just to take down a listing of a business that wasn’t approved by that business in the first place but nobody wants to do the right thing.

I requested Radaris remove my personal information from their web pages because I'm currently in the middle of a situation involving cyber-stalking, physical stalking, breaking and entering, and vandalism to my home and car. The perpetrator is clearly getting my electronic information. Not only did Radaris ignore my request, but they didn't even take it seriously. They requested that I submit more information to them by signing up for an account. To this date, my information is still out there on Radaris, who are now assisting my stalker. The irresponsible, exploitative nature of this "company" has put me at risk of further harm.
Update in response to Radaris' reply:
I sent Radaris two emails (now today a third as well). I explained the situation. I requested Radaris remove my information. They replied to with a form letter-type email that told me to "create an account" in which I'm required to provide even more information about me. I actually did this. I was not happy about giving this company more information about me.
Radaris claims there is a "removal process" but there is no option to delete my information. Customer support then claimed there was an option to "hide my information." I could not find this option anywhere, after going to the Radaris account multiple times.
I do not want to "hide my information." I want Radaris to remove my information from their web pages and their database.
I don't think my request is outlandish in light of the fact that I'm the victim of a stalking situation, which is ongoing. It has included electronic harassment and stalking, physical stalking, threats, home invasion, and vandalism. I have plenty of legal documentation of the situation.
In response to my request, Radaris could simply have removed my information.

This is a scam avoid at all cost! I make the biggest mistake of paying this person (likely sitting in his garage) scamming people 34$ And never got my money back. Save yourself the stress, don’t loose your money to them.

Their background reports are good enough for what I needed, and their customer service is extremely fast and responsive. I had a good experience with this company. 8 months after I bought background reports I contacted them to remove something from my personal info page and it was removed within minutes.

Réponse de Radaris
BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST RADARIS!! I purchased one month of “unlimited” background info on Feb 26, 2021 to help locate a friend’s birth father. All I needed was the family members’ surnames and states they lived in. I put in my own father’s name just to check the accuracy. There were a couple mistakes, but I felt it was a useful tool. After ONE WEEK of use I was BANNED from the site, stating they couldn’t “confirm” my use was in compliance with FCRA rules. They would NOT refund my money. I explained what I was using it for and I received the same canned response. (Seriously, shouldn’t Radaris know if I’m not in compliance after I explained what I was using it for?)
I called twice, waiting 20 minutes on hold, then disconnected before speaking to anyone...total waste of my time.
I have emailed several times asking what I did to not be in compliance with FCRA as I want to help others find birth parents and need a reputable background service. Radaris has never given me an explanation...just banned from their site after one week’s use AND NO REFUND.
Literally the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This site post aggregated info from the web and many other sources. They call this info “public record”. If your interested in removing this info this is how you do it without establishing an account.
Locate info wanting removed, copy URL, take a screenshot of info. Email removal request to customer-service@radaris. They will reply - use the “information control” option. Reply back - “I don’t have access to a Facebook/Google account nor do I desire to have an account with Radaris. Again, please remove my info from your database.” Again, attach URL and screenshot of info wanting removed.
When removal is confirmed - scroll down below the “map” to see if your info is listed here. If it is then reply “I requested the removal of my info from your database on xx/xx/xxxx. However, my info is still listed below the “map. Please remove this info as well.” Copy URL/info want removed (include headers names/addresses & public records).
NOTE: be sure to search your info by US and by state. They will sometimes only remove one version. When ALL info seems to be removed - Google this info (exact name/address variations) and make sure you didn’t miss anything. Keep requesting removal until is is all gone.

I wanted to opt-out of Radaris. They make it impossible to do so. You can’t email them and you can’t contact by phone as they don’t answer. They totally barricade themselves from any inquiries. Terrible company. And the worst part is their 100% guarantee that whomever does a search on you will never be revealed. How is this legal.
I just got a reply from Radaris and again tried to contact them. I sent my reply and my email was rejected. This reconfirmed to me that they are a sleazy company and that they are not interested in helping me.
Tried again and again with no luck. They are really giving me the run around. I tried contacting the CEO Gary Norden @Unipoint technologies Wellesley ma. So we’ll see. Next my state representative if all else fails. Don’t use this company. EVER!!!!!!
