Radfords pie company Avis 

Before moving on, have to say the pies themselves are absolutely incredible, some of the best I’ve ever had and full to the brim, I would probably give them 5*… Unfortunately, what really lets Radford’s down is the customer service (by which I mean: none). Missing 2 pies with no refund or substitutions, no response to multiple emails, followed up by company facebook account messages, also with no response. It’s been almost a month now. No phone number to call, no other way to contact other than by post. It’s a real shame because the product is fantastic, but when you have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery, and they aren’t exactly cheap, you kind of expect to receive the full order, or at least be able to resolve issues with their admin. They also substituted a large pie with some smaller pies, which was the same type and not far off, but judging by the weights/sizes on the website, this also meant we were left short. It would have been nice to be informed or warned of this, but the main issue here is really the 2 pies which were completely missing. Very disappointing as family and friends who recommended them have never experienced this issue. To not respond to multiple emails/issues is totally unacceptable.

Ordered and not delivered. Emailed and was given an apology with assurance they would be delivered. Never received the pies or a refund. Please be aware

Visited Bradford Pie Shop in Morecambe and it was well worth the money! We had a steak pie and honestly, it was absolutely delicious 😋. It was packed full of quality, tender meat with so much flavour. We’ve never tasted a pie like it!
If you’re in Morecambe, you really need to try one — you won’t be disappointed! 🥧❤️

I am not surprised to see the 1 star reviews for Radford’s pies. I contacted them weeks ago about a delivery and they never replied. It appears they are spending more time on their new luxurious home move and expensive holidays to worry about their business. It is also concerning that Sue Radford boasts about taking their children out of school to go on a luxurious £50.000+ holiday is not a problem. Do they not realise that their own children are losing valuable time at school and that they can go on holiday once their children have left school. Sue Radford seems to think that money can buy everything, because whenever there is a problem in their family, Sue Radford feels that throwing money at it will deal with it, how short minded is that. Come on Noel, put your foot down you owe it to your loyal customers. You have worked so hard it’s disappointing to see such bad press and 1 star reviews. In closing, Sue Radford say she works for the Radford’s Pie Company, so why is it we never see her working in the bakery when the 22 kids and counting is being broadcasted?

Still waiting for a delivery from radford pie company ,ordered 11th July, they replied to my first review on trust pilot ,they hadnt recieved emails from me , which I had sent ,so their reply was very matter of fact ,said was up to 2wks for delivery which I accepted ,but here we are now August 6th still no pies ,I am 73 and housebound ,so was a wee treat ,, and actually I am an hr away from Morecambe, ,hope they enjoy their hols in Europe , they need to sort their customer service out , 😔

Went for overnight stay in Morecambe so had to get some Radfords pies… walked from prom (2 1/2 mile - got the bus back 🥴) well worth the trek gorgeous pies packed with good quality meat

Emailed last night re opening times pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response from Noel!
Travelled from Oldham to the shop today bought six pies. Ate 2 on the prom delicious!
Think it was Amy in the shop who was so lovely very friendly!
Will definitely make a return trip and pre order a couple of family pies!
Love watching their show what a wonderful family they are!
Definitely recommend the steak pies, jam packed with big chunks of steak!

Pies filled to the brim with filling and the best by far from any available on the high street.
Delivery was better this time handed to me and on time .
Much better packaged in smaller polystyrene box and cardboard box with bubble wrap too .... still cold 🥶

My delivery arrived well packaged and on time. The pies were absolutely amazing I can honestly say the Beef and Stilton was the best I’ve ever tasted. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase

Ordered 5 pies and was told 2 week wait, which i didnt mind as they were well worth waiting for. Full of meat, absolutely delicious 😋, pastry not too thick or thin and will be definitely ordering again. Can't wait. Thumbs up from us, 👍

Went to Morecambe for the day from Leeds and wanted to try these pies. I bought 5 , two meat and potato , 2 ham and chicken and a chicken and mushroom . They were amazing , ao much meat in all the pies and so tasty , the crust was thin ao not too heavy . Froze a few of them and then reheated .
My son had a meat and potato pie for his dinner tonight and he said it was the best pie he had ever had. Service was a young girl and there was also a young man in the back , both polite and friendly. When we walked in the pies were coming out of the oven ao the smell in the shop was amazing . Will definitely be back soon and bulk buy to freeze .

Waited nearly 4 weeks for my order . It finally came .we tried the meat and potato 1 was ok then read ingredients and they have PALM OIL IN THEM . So not be buying them again 🤮

Ordered 4 weeks ago, sent them loads of emails and messages no reply.£44 down the drain because doesn’t look like I’m getting them. Keep away from them because bad service. I wish I read some of the reviews before because I wouldn’t off ordered

reading all these reviews it's absolutely disgusting i ordered my pies on the 11/01/26 reading that it could take up to 2weeks in busy times wasn't a problem but to get no response from emails 12 days on when i tried to find out if they have any time they will arrive if i ever get them it will be the last time

Avoid for delivery - ordered pies, they took money. No pies!, emailed several times without reply, messaged without reply. Finally received an email giving a delivery date, still no pies. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Ordered pies on the 30/12/25 money taken on the 31st but still no pies no answer to email very poor service appreciated it was new year but to take money from people that try to support them and can’t afford to lose it is not good advert for people that likes to share there great lifestyle on line & tv which yes they work hard for. Happy to say the pies arrived 21/01/26

I placed my second order on 25th Feb 2025, knowing it can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive which is absolutely fine.
Unfortunately 3 weeks later, I gave birth prematurely and suffered a stroke postnatally.
The delivery was never received.
It has taken until December for me to reach out to the Radfords to request delivery or a refund.
I am still waiting for a response.
The sad thing is that my order was for 4 large family pies totalling £74.90 - not a small amount I can afford to just lose.
I would appreciate a response or I’ll have to contact my bank to help me resolve the issue.

No pies arrived, placed ordered in November, numerous emails and fb messages no answer, phone number no longer in operation had to contact my bank to obtain a refund which I finally received yesterday 4th January 2026!!!!
The bank also had no response to communications.
I had tried the pies and puddings before which are delicious hench why I re ordered.
I can only presume they are trying their luck to scam people, if my bank hadn't helped I'd have lost a lot of money.
AVOID.

Our order didn't arrive and absolutely no way to get in touch.
Emails and phone calls go unanswered.
Keep your money rather than giving it to these pirates.

Part of my order was incorrect, I’ve sent several emails but no response. Previously sent an enquiry email and no response to that one either. The customer service is unreachable. No notification as to when they will be dispatched. They have a big problem with communicating with their customers
