Radiancedoors Avis

It is with great pleasure that I write this reference for Radiance Doors Limited, who recently supplied and installed one window, a back door, and a front door at our property.

From our very first contact, their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine customer care were truly outstanding. The entire team at Radiance Doors Limited made the process smooth and stress-free, offering helpful advice and ensuring we were fully informed at every stage.

The quality of both the products and the installation was exceptional. Every detail was handled with precision, and the workmanship was flawless. The team worked efficiently, maintained a clean and tidy workspace, and treated our home with great respect.

We are absolutely delighted with the result, and the transformation has exceeded our expectations. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Radiance Doors Limited to anyone seeking premium-quality doors, windows, and first-class service delivered by genuinely lovely people.

Thank you for the amazing service, nothing was too much trouble for the team . Claire was so friendly and helpful and Richard gave me lots of advice when the stable door I wanted was slightly too high for my hobbit house . I’ve got a beautiful new door that was fitted perfectly without any mess or disruption , thank you so very much .

I could not be happier with my whole experience with Radiance Doors. My installation was very bespoke being a very old house and other companies had not wanted to tackle the job. From the initial call, the survey and installation everyone was incredibly professional and honest about options and also really relatable and responsive. I got exactly what I wanted with the dedication and experience of Richard, Clare, Tom and Matt. They all took such care it was as if they were working on their own home. I would highly recommend them and will definatly use them in the future for any other doors or windows! I cannot thank them enough!

Excellent service, the staff were very helpful with advice about the installation of my front door and the workmen did an excellent job, I would throughly recommend Radiance Windows and Doors with great confidence. Thank you all 👌

Another job well done by Radiance Doors. Efficient, friendly, accommodating. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. About to hire them for a third job.

I can highly recommend Radiance doors and windows ,top class service from start to finish. I've now got fabulous windows and a front door I'm made up with them. Nothing was too much trouble for them especially matt and Tom that did the fitting. Brilliant company with genuinely lovely people and quality windows and doors.

We highly recommend Radiance Windows and Doors - we had our entire house refitted and the final outcome is both beautiful and perfect.

When Richard did the initial consultation we were pleasantly surprised about the depth of knowledge he demonstrated. Through gentle conversation he was able to design a solution that fitted our security goals and general aesthetic requirements.

Tom and Matt (the lads that did the installation) were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and respectful with great attention to detail and extremely tidy. They took their shoes off when walking on carpet and hoovered up after themselves.

Although not the cheapest, the high quality finish and quality of materials used to make the windows and doors are worth every penny.

A totally first class service from this lovely family firm. We had two new composite doors- front and back. Everything is well managed from initial consultation to the final fitting. The fitters were polite and very neat and tidy.

My existing door presented a few challenges because of the age, construction and style of the property. But Richard and Claire communicated very well throughout the processes to ensure all issues were addressed and resolved. I am delighted with my new composite door and the 2 fitters were industrious and tidy throughout.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Cannot recommend the team highly enough !

What an amazing company. Claire and Richard make a great team and were so helpful throughout the whole process. They never pressurised us and I have to thank Claire for liaising with our builder when she realised I wasn't around so much due to my father's illness. She arranged the measuring, fitting and making sure all was to our satisfaction so we didnt have to worry about a thing. Very pleased with our new composite door and delighted to recommend this family company.

Great family business. They provided a very professional experience. Catered to all my requirements. I love my new windows and doors.

Massive thanks to Richard, Claire, Dan and Tom.

Ordered a composite front door through Radiance. Really good communication, trustworthy (they told us we’d paid too much and asked to refund us - we would have been none the wiser), quality fitting. All lovely staff - highly recommend.

We are over the moon with our new front door. We were struggling to obtain the exact door we wanted but Radiance Doors & Windows came up trumps for us, we experienced some of the best customer service we have had in years from the start of the process right up till the actual fitting of our new door.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company especially to friends and family.

We are thrilled with our new front door. The whole process from initial enquiry to fitting was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly and our door looks amazing. Will definitely use when it comes to getting our windows replaced.

Fitting double-glazed units to tri-fold doors. Everyone involved was courteous and a pleasure to work with. The quote for the work was the best we got. The work was done quickly and the doors now work better than they have for years. Excellent experience overall. If only dealing with all tradespeople were like this.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my new backdoor! I was dreading the whole process, but Radiance made it so easy. Their price was spot-on, which was a huge relief. They got back to me super fast, and the door was installed before I knew it. Plus, they kept me in the loop the whole time, which I really appreciated. If you need a new door, these are your folks!

I have used Radiance Doors on a number of occasions and will keep coming back. From start to finish they are amazing. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go the extra mile. Claire keeps you informed at every step, Richard takes time to listen and advise on options available, Thomas and Danny do a superb job fitting and ensure that the finished job is perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much for transforming the house. It looks amazing.

Claire at Radiance doors was an absolute pleasure to work with. Clare talked to me at length on several ocasions about each aspect of the door design and took a huge amount of care in matching the door to my specific preferences. Claire was also thoughtful in organising practical arrangements for installation, and went out of her way to enquire about door frame width for wheelchair access. On top of the excellent service received during each step of the ordering process, the door itself was promptly sourced and expertly installed. It's also absolutely beautiful, I couldn't be happier with it. Would highly recommend Radiance Doors!

Would give 6/5 stars if I could!
Claire and the team were brilliant from start to finish with helping us purchase a new front door. Everything was so well communicated and we felt really looked after. We are so happy with our new door and 100% recommend this lovely small family business. No hassle, great quality for money, and a really smooth transaction from payment to fitting, thank you so much.
