Radiancedoors Avis

Refreshing to have such a trustworthy family company supply/fit our windows, and to such a high standard.

Really pleased with the customer care we received from Claire, Richard and the team (and of course, Brian!). Nothing was too much trouble, and we were kept updated throughout.

Would definitely recommend Radiance.

Fantastic communication from start to finish. Reliable, tidy, and most importantly, our windows and doors look amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough

A very professional & friendly small family run business.
The workman was very skilled, tidy & polite.
We couldn’t be happier with our new front door.

Fantastic service from beginning to end.
When we moved in to our new home the doors were in need of immediate change. The team at Radiance Doors were professional, polite, understanding, talked us through the whole process and allowed us time to make up our minds.
When the lads came to fit the doors very polite, tidy, asked before doing anything and explained the job as they went along.
Couldn't ask for more from the whole team.

We had a new inner front door and window fitted by Radiance Doors recently. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and at every stage, from initial enquiry to post-installation, we experienced friendly and efficient service. The personal touch and their constant striving for excellent customer service were marvellous. I would certainly use Radiance Doors again, and can recommend them highly. This family firm is such a contrast to the 'pushy' salesmanship and indifferent customer service of national companies.

Excellent job and service Had a new back door fitted very pleased

I had a replacement door and a repair to another. A fantastic experience throughout in an industry that is frought with shysters and conmen. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Radiance Doors fitted our new office windows and they are brilliant. The office is lighter and much better ventilated. The service was helpful from start to finish and the work was completed professionally. I would definitely recommend Radiance Doors!

Had a new door fitted yesterday. The lads who came to fit were extremely professional and the workmanship was to a very high standard. Totally transformed the look from inside and out. They cleaned up after themselves and left it immaculate.

I spoke with Radiance today having realised the door had an internal key lock and not a thumb lock which i preferred. They were literally back out at my house 1 hour later and changed this for me. That type of customer service is amazing.

Definitely a company i would recommend

What a fabulous experience from start to finish, I am delighted with my new door and it has transformed my home.
Would recommend Radiance Doors everytime! 10 out of 10

Radiance Doors are a highly competent, professional and genuinely caring family business. From the initial consultation process to the excellence workmanship of fitting my windows and door they couldn’t have been more helpful and on-hand throughout. Their compassionate yet
professional approach made us feel valued customers and they truly couldn’t have done enough to meet our every need. The lads who fitted the windows were extremely polite, punctual and efficient, my house was actually left cleaner then it was prior to the fitting! I’m absolutely overjoyed with the transformation achieved by this lovely family team and I highly recommend them to anyone who value quality and definite value for money.

From the minute Richard arrived with his shoe covers on to protect our carpets to discuss design choices & timeliness to Claire checking we were happy with Tom & Danny's work I could not be more impressed with such a professional & caring company. Customer service & the highest quality products is what the Radiance team do best !

Had the most amazing door supplied and fitted by Radiance and the team. From start to finish they were more than helpful in discussing the options I had. When it came to fitting the door and side panel the lads were great. They were punctual, professional and tidy with the job.

Can highly recommend for any windows or doors.

I am very pleased with the service Radiance doors gave me both with the office staff to the door fitters. Their attitude and work ethic were exemplary.

We have just had our wooden door replaced with a composite door by Radiance Doors. The whole process went without a hitch. From the initial telephone enquiry to the final fitting we were dealt with in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Richard took the time to explain the various options and, as a result, we have a superb door. From the time of ordering the door we were kept fully informed of timings until the date of fitting. Tom and Danny arrived on time and respected our property. Once the fitting had been completed they cleaned up and left the area immaculate. Thanks to Richard, Claire and the rest of the team.

Radiance doors fitted a back door for me in November and I've returned to have a front door fitted. Superb service again. From start to finish, communication excellent, lads cleana and tidy, punctual and sticklers when fitting the door. Great local company in Bury. I recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Clare, Richard and team are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful! The actual door it’s self is of a superb quality and looks brilliant for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

The lads were brilliant. Very efficient, organised, perfectionist, always came on time, did a good job. Very reliable.
Would definately recommend to family and friends!

Thanks lads, Claire, Richard.

A great service from start to finish. Nice to support a local, family business. We love our new front door. And many thanks to Claire for sourcing the bee knocker! Thanks Dave and Julia

More than happy to recommend the people at Radiance. We had a new back door fitted and from initial visit to consultation and fitting, including communication with the company, was excellent. Very happy to recommend and would certainly use again
