I have no hesitation in recommending Karen. I was very nervous but from the initial consultation and throught the whole process Karen was professional, friendly and very caring. She talked me through every stage of the process. Nearly 24 hours later I have no bruising and minimal swelling and will certainly return in the future if I require anymore treatments. The whole procedure was carefully explained to me beforehand and although there was a level of pain involved, it wasn't unexpected. I did fidgit a bit during the process and needed my hand held but it was worth having the wart removed. I would go back if I needed further work done.

Karen is amazing at what she does, from the very first 'no obligation' consultation she was brilliant! Karen is professional and very knowledgeable as well as being a genuinely lovely lady, she answered all of my questions thoroughly (I had a lot!) and told me to go off & digest what we had discussed, she was not at all pushy. On the day of my treatment I was quite nervous, never having had anything done before, but Karen totally put me at ease, explaining everything she was doing and making sure I was ok.
