We have been dealing with PetSafe for Smart Door
We have been dealing with PetSafe for four years as they provided the Smart Door. Our dogs are constantly using the door so wear and tear is high, every time we need assistance with a new door PetSafe have been able to provide us a new one within a week. The product is great, unfortunately our dogs are a little rough and this is not a reflection on the product quality, which is high quality.
This door makes such a difference for the freedom of our dogs and gives us great peace of mind knowing they can come and go as they need without intervention by their humans.
This is truly one of the greatest customer experiences ever, I cannot recommend PetSafe more highly.

Ineffective for our issue
Bought this product on a recommendation to address a concern. However haven’t found the product to have any effect. Tried on a second friendly dog to test, but that dog had no reaction to the product unfortunately

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. Dazer™ is a personal safety aid used to protect from feral, aggressive and uncontrolled dogs. We have been selling Dazer units for 34 years. Mention of the unit being tried on two friendly dogs is key. The instructions clearly state that ‘Dazer™ is most effective on unfamiliar and aggressive animals. Use of the Dazer on familiar, passive and the owners own animals may not evoke a significant reaction and is not recommended except as a negative reinforcement in training an animal’. We will however, notwithstanding the above, be happy to accept return of the unit up to 30 days for a full refund.

Dogs never approach the perimeter
Excellent product insitu now for almost a year with no breaches. Setting at its mildest and dogs never approach the perimeter. Perfect solution for our garden that has a hedge around the boundary. The radio fence wire is in the hedge and the dogs do not approach.
