Very easy to set up, When testing to make sure it is connected correctly call is answered promptly and staff are friendly. Puts my dad at ease having the wrist band as he can call for help if he falls again.

Very user friendly device. Good instructions to set up and easy for older non technically minded people. Very loud device, good for people that are hard of hearing. Can be heard from any room in the house. Quick answer when tested. Good device all around so would recommend for someone who needs this type of equipment in the home

I dealt with Roma and she was just lovely, explained everything and help me get sorted as I initially ordered the wrong product. I even went back to her about the panpan phone app which I was a bit confused about at the start. Everything has been really efficient and easy to use.
Mum has done a test with her watch and spoke to one of the responders and she understands how to work it and is proudly showing it off to everyone she meets and telling them to get one!

We found the lady from Radius very helpful and explained everything really well and advised us on the best product for me.

Super company, who not only have great response to alert calls but also offer personal attention to customer support calls and emails too, asap rather than the dreaded “within 48 hours” we all see far too much of.
I love the PanPan watch, which is easy for me to say as I am a big person who can only wear big watches (I saw a review complaining about the strap being too short but I have it on loosely and there are still 5cm left to go), the technology will get smaller, neater and cheaper.
This service comes at a very reasonable price that includes watch rental (every other service I checked expected you to buy the watch and still charged the same monthly rate or more).
