GREAT customer service AND products
Really great customer service——even after I placed the order and realized I had an old address on it, they were super quick to get it fixed and still no delay in shipping.
Their products are also fabulous! Their ‘fix it from the inside” foam and sealant for old house concrete foundations saved us literally tens of thousands of dollars!!

Sent me wrong mixing tubes 2 times and wrong Quantitiy
Sent me wrong mixing tubes 2 times. Then they complained to me about how it was costing them money. Then they sent only half of my qty 2 order. They told me the pictures on the website showing a bag of mixing tubes is "old" , so it is my problem the picture shows more tubes than they send.
They NEVER sent the correct tubes as pictured on the website. Look at their picture and search on Amzn for correct tubes at 1/4 the price and NO grief.

Update from previous review
Update from previous review. It was the Carrier's fault not RadonSeal. Packed well but still 1 tube burst at mixing point and pretty much destroyed rest of contents in box.
RadonSeal reached out and have resolved the issue. Great Follow up guys!!

Received on time but the product had leaked all inside the box and so sticky I couldn't get the peanut styrofome unattached from product. Request refund or replacement! Send me lable to print to send back.
Please use other carrier other than FedEx -- i never have luck with them.

I have used Radon Seal previously and know the great quality of the product. Now that my concrete driveway is three years old it was easy choose the correct product based on the detailed information provided on the website. Once the product selection was confirmed ordering the product (and the correct quantity) was rather easy as quantity coverage data is provided.

I order three products from the company. All of them came with an SDS. The one product came with PPE to use when using the product. I also had to call and talk to one of the customer service representatives about an issue I had when using the one product. Everything has been great so far working with this company and the products that they sell

DIY Crack repair kit is great!
I received the 20' DIY polyurethane foam kit quickly. When done I was pleased to see the foam actually filling all the way to the outside of the crack. A couple things I wish were different about the kit: please supply more mixing sticks and an additional spreader tool. What's supplied is enough for one 10' kit, but these tools need a refresh when you go beyond 10'. Otherwise very pleased with the result!
