Incredible bad customer service. You won’t have refund at any reason. Very untrustworthy. I highly don’t recommend using this company.

Product bought: ModiFlex Bedside Table – Adjustable Height & Angle at $66.00AU. Deceiving ad; incorrect dimension (smaller than advertised on receipt); no assembling instruction provided; incomplete parts, thus unable to reach successful assembly of product. Can't be bothered spending time chasing it. I will avoid Raidley in future.

I would not even give them one star if I could as I have been waiting weeks for my delivery and all I get when I chase is a badly worded reply stating the items are in transit which is patently untrue. Do not buy from them.

Habe es gemeldet und ich sollte den Kurier kontaktieren. Dieser war nie erreichber. Keine Antworten auf meine Mails, kein Durchkommen am Telefon.
Raidley antwortete dann auch nicht mehr auf meine Mails.

I ordered toilet roll holder that was supposed to stick to the wall.It kept falling off the wall I message them and they asked me to provide a picture which I did.The response I received was there was no issue with the product. I have messaged them a few times but they just ignore the messages so I am advising do not buy from this site.

I ordered a few items worth £97. The product was good and I was happy with it, except one item was defective and another item had a part missing. I asked them to send a replacement but they went all quiet after a few emails with photos attached. Finally I opened a dispute case with PayPal only to receive an email from PayPal asking g me to return the items to Unlimited Information Technology in China which will cost me £16.46 to return with Evri. The items worth only £38. Not sure who this company is but it is not Raidley I bought the items from. I can't contact PayPal but I gave PayPal a bad review. I am going to contact my bank now and see if they could take it further. I feel I've been robbed.

Scam - ordered a side table that came damaged, and they never replied to a single email about replacing it. Don’t waste your money.

This company is a total scam. We bought two pairs of flip-flops for 45 euros. But only one pair arrived, and on top of that, they were poorly made and would have destroyed my foot. I requested a full refund, as I had only received one pair and the other was defective. Customer service was consistently disrespectful, telling me it was a lie that I had only received one pair of flip-flops and that the money wouldn't be refunded either for the defective pair. So, I'm going to sue the company for fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; it's a rip-off!

Stuff hasn’t arrived after one month

Spent £55 on silicone dish drainer and lightweight pebble shower mat-that took ages to get to me- badly wrapped and creased that was of poor quality. After sending a photo of bent tiny shower mat, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Although they say 30 day refunds, they do not refund so Don’t order anything from this site or all the others that are the same scam company

Terrible product, complete scam. Ordered a silicone dish drainer. It arrived and was about 2/3 the size advertised, and permanently folded in the middle so it doesn’t even sit flat. Contacted the company with photos of mine (with tape measure to show it was nowhere near the size advertised) next to their website photo. They just replied back that they did not see any reason to refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS

Don’t use Raidley, they are complete scammers. I have asked for a refund as my items have taken a couple of weeks and still haven’t arrived and I am being ignored. Scammers!

Absolute rubbish, you can get better quality and get what you want at a $1.00 shop. The advertising is misleading and the quality is poor and not to any standard. Response from them was send it back at your expense and we will consider a refund…. The products have to be defected. Avoid buying anything from these people, unless you want to disappointed and through good money to them. Gave one star as you cant give no stars.

Sticky pads for bathroom shelf weren't sticky. I emailed asking for more to be sent and they replied saying I could buy some?! I explained the original were fault and since they haven't responded to my email.

I ordered a leather wastebasket. It arrived smashed up in a flimsy and damaged soft box. It was scraped and looked like someone had sat on it. The round wastebasket had an oval shape. Total garbage.
After alerting them about this, I was asked to send pictures. After I sent several pictures, they stopped responding. £30 down the drain.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I ordered a corner shower caddy and only one of the two suction cups work so the item is useless to me. I tried resolving this with their service department but they have stopped communicating since I shared a picture of the item. I would avoid buying any of their products.

Product does not stick to my tiled wall. Keeps dropping off. And with NO items in tray. It just drops off. Have tried many times to ask to return for a full refund. A member of staff called Andy has delayed responding. And will not follow the sale of goods act. So I am going to take action against this company as a matter of principle. I would never buy from this company. You have been warned.

Please remove the one star.
Took over a month to receive a poorly packaged, smashed glass storage jar in hundreds of pieces.
Contacted customer service. 'Andy' asked for photos. Sent them two weeks ago and contact has now stopped.
Wish I had read all the other appalling reviews first.
Cannot agree more. Do not buy from this company.
