BEING A DIABETIC ORDERED FOR BREAKFAST N LUNCH MY BREAK FAST ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AT WADI JUCTION REASON UNKNOWN.

FOR WHAT SO EVER REASON IF YOU COULDN'T SERVE ME ON MY ORDERED STATION YOU COULD HAVE REJECTED MY ORDER OR INFORMED ME IN ADVANCE SO THAT I CAN PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

FINALLY DISAPPOINTED I CANCELLED MY LUNCH ORDER ALSO.

STOP GIVING APOLOGIES OR OFFERING DISCOUNTS FIND A BETTER SOLUTION OR MOVE OUT OF THE BUISNESS

The ordering food is so simple and convenient that with only few click I ordered my 🥘 food.The quality and quantity is super delicious in taste and they provide me 10% extra discount on my order.Delivery boy serve me my order on time..great work 👍

Very poor service worst

Very poor service, they take the order and online payment but food is not delivered. Will never recommend this to anyone. Worst it was my waste of time and money. Very poor experience.

I ordered food on 09 May 23 (ID No

I ordered food on 09 May 23 (ID No. 519087) with the help of rail recipe which supposed to be deliver at Prayagraj stn and the same was confirm by me on calling no. +916287799773‪ and 84484 40386‬ . I was told to be at my berth and the same will be provided. But after so many calls the food was not delivered to me. I was travelling along with my family and small kid's. Due to non delivery of food at night time I have to manage from some other means. This was very embarrassing for me.
I want to know the reason of non delivery of food and my complain register no.
I have also raised the complain on support@railrecipe
but no response from their side till date.
I request you to please intervene in the said issue and do the needful at the earliest

Poor quality and bad customer support

Poor quality and bad customer support. I ordered Jain food but they delivered non Jain food products and when I raised complain they just cut the phones without further help
