Had a very bad experience while…

Had a very bad experience while ordering food. Received very low quality food but the customer service took no action. Ther restaurant has high rating but but there is no way for a customer to rate the food. This is scamming the customers with lower quality food at a high price.

Received Dirty food

Yesterday I Oredred food from Akola Station. I Ordered food from good restaurent but i receieved food from platform vendor i.e., dirty and bad. I complained 2 times to customer care. I can't receive any help from them. Order Id: 4862745
This is a fraud company- will take your money and never deliver food. Refrain from ordering here!

No food delivered - money not returned- twice

They canceled the order after giving s call eherein they were asking the verified restaurant is closed, would you like to with another restaurant, when I refused to take food from unauthorised restaurant. They canceled the order. I placed the order again, Twice order was cancelled . Second time their response was- “we tried multiple times your number ( no call was made- it was a lie) as the call did not get through, we cannot deliver.
Over and above they HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. There was NO CASH ON DELIVERY!
This is a fraud company- will take your money and never deliver food.
Refrain from ordering here!

One star also waste for this service. Because the quantity nd quality of food in the train inside selling items was nice then form this app. Waste of amount i order an paneer birayani.. it had only two pieces of panner remain was waste of content so be carefull before ordering items on railrestro.
At last there were asking how was the food from their service. The worst taste I ever tasted in train journey.

I had a highly disappointing experience with RailRestro's partner restaurant, *Express Eats at Itarsi*. I ordered two chicken items, each advertised to contain 200 grams of chicken, totaling 400 grams. However, I received only 50 grams per item, amounting to just 100 grams of chicken. This is a gross misrepresentation of the promised quantity. Paying ₹430 for a mere 100 grams of chicken is absolutely unjustifiable and feels like a scam. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver as promised is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid ordering from this restaurant through RailRestro until they address these issues. Highly disappointed!

RailRestro made my train journey so much better! The food was fresh, delicious, and delivered right to my seat on time. I loved the variety of options available, and the ordering process was super easy. Highly recommend for anyone traveling by train and looking for quality meals!

**Worst Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!**

I ordered the *Maharaja Thali* from the RailRestro app expecting a decent meal during my train journey, but what I received was worse than cheap roadside food. The quality was *horrible* — tasteless, stale, and barely edible. The rice was overcooked and mushy, the curries tasted like they were made days ago, and the roti was dry and hard as rubber. There was absolutely nothing "Maharaja" about this thali.

To make things worse, the packaging was pathetic, and hygiene seemed completely ignored. This kind of food service on a travel platform is unacceptable and reflects total negligence toward customer satisfaction.

RailRestro, if you can’t provide decent, hygienic food, you shouldn’t be in the business of serving people at all. I regret trusting your app and wasting my money and appetite.

Utterly Unprofessional and Unreliable – Do Not Trust RailRestro

I had the most appalling experience with RailRestro, and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. I placed an order for food on my train journey, only to have it canceled without any prior notice once the train had already departed. Not only did I go hungry during my trip, but the complete lack of communication from their end was beyond frustrating.

When I tried to get answers from customer service, I was met with incompetent, unhelpful responses and no resolution whatsoever. After multiple attempts to contact them, they simply ignored my concerns, leaving me with no compensation, no apology, and no way to escalate the matter.

RailRestro seems to have zero respect for their customers. Their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency are completely unacceptable, especially when you're relying on them for something as basic as food during a train journey. It's clear that they do not care about their customers, and their customer service is a joke.

I regret ever using this service and will never make the mistake of trusting RailRestro again. If you're looking for reliable, efficient food delivery on trains, look elsewhere. RailRestro is a scam, and they don’t deserve your business.

A BIG NO TO RAILRESTRO FOR ONLINE TRAIN FOOD

My Daughter and wife was Travelling and Pantry is not in the Train... I ordered Food from RailRestro, My Order No is 3126348 but they Dint Delivered the Food and when I called Just one Simple Word SORRY I heard. This is the Services this people Provide to their Customers.

Received Message of Confirmation and after that received message #ReelYourFeel🎬, post your video or photo with your order and tag us to win exciting prizes!

Again in the morning Received one more Message that "We are sorry! Your order 3126348 has been cancelled due to SHORT TIME TO SERVE reason"

But I ordered Food more than 8 Hours prior to the Akola Station then How Come Short Time????

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FOOD FROM RAILRESTRO AND I WILL POST THIS MESSAGE TO ALL SOCIAL MEDIA... THE BEST SITE TO ORDER FOOD IS IRCTC AND GUARANTEED ORDER WILL GET DELIVERED.

Railrestro is the most irresponsible company ever. I ordered food at 7.44pm(prepaid), to be delivered at Gooty station at 8.30pm. Didn’t receive the food. Called 25-30 times no satisfactory response. Manager sleeping at home, I’m suffering here. Have to wait for 24 hours to talk to manager. Have to wait for 3-5 working days for refund. You can’t deliver at next station. Do you believe in cust. Satisfaction? One agent said out of 10, we can’t deliver 2 orders on a daily basis. 20% missed orders & u call yourself a company? Agents are disconnecting phone on my face. There is no one on the floor who can handle my concern. Had it been any other country the company would have to regret this but this is India my friend. There is no such thing called cust. service, satisfaction, cust. Value, timeliness. IndianRailways please do no allow such frauds for food delivery in train. These guys do not respond after getting money. There were 3 other people who received food bcz it was COD. Order no. 3118188
