Not happy with the service
recently i was having issues with network and trust robot created a ticket, there wasn't any follow up. I called the urgency number to cancel my 101 and take the loop, a call was made but no follow up the following morning( 1st day i spoke with Nolene 2nd day i spoke to Tina) this was Tuesday 28th July. I wanted this arrangement to be fast so that by Friday 31st i would recieve another router (loop). Thursday 30th of July i spoke to a sales person named Catherine and i purchased and she promised to make an arrangement friday for delivery but she never did even made a follow up on the issue.

Great service when signing up, but terrible follow-up when you're experiencing issues. I had to go to social media to get help. The customer service transfers you mid-conversation, and then there are people with different accents.

EXPENSIVE, BAD NETWORK, VERY SLOW

Very poor service. I no longer needed LTE as I got Fibre, messaged them and they said no worries just remove your card and it will stop working. No cancellation process.
1 month later they're saying I owe R900 and it will continue to grow. Not using the service, while disputing the bill but they'll keep growing the bill.

This is the worst wifi connection ever, the is never network connection. The network only works once in a while and most of the time offline... You don't really get to use the network but they expect you to pay for the full month and don't even give you refund for the days it's nit working... they expect the wifi to be paid on time but can't deliver the service they promise... this is the worst wifi that's so expensive I will be looking for a other network provider

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Rain.

I have been requesting assistance for an extended period of time regarding my internet connection, and my concerns have repeatedly been ignored. I work from home, so having a stable and reliable connection is not a luxury—it is essential for my livelihood. Unfortunately, my network has become so slow that it is often unusable and does not function correctly for basic work tasks.

What has been most frustrating, however, was my recent interaction with one of your agents. After explaining my issue, I was informed that my address was "incorrect" and was asked to hold. Instead of returning to assist me, the agent disconnected the call. Being hung up on while trying to resolve an ongoing service problem is completely unacceptable.

I have remained patient for far longer than I should have, but the lack of communication, the poor support, and the unreliable service have left me beyond frustrated. As a paying customer, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously and handled professionally.

I sincerely hope someone from Rain reviews this matter and provides the assistance that has been repeatedly requested but never properly delivered.
