I loved my shutter blinds that I got…
I loved my shutter blinds that I got downstairs last year that I have done the upstairs ones this year, great solution for keeping house cooler in summer and keeping the heat in in winter.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Kept changing the order because they couldn't do things like eyelets, pullcords etc. Why have them in the showroom then? Then the fabric wasn't ready either. So I waited around 6 weeks before getting the blinds. The plastic pull cords to raise and lower the blinds keep snapping. I asked why they'd not fitted two of the blinds with poles as they had done and was told I never asked for that and that I'd not been charged for the poles. So if I wanted to change the order they'd need to 'recalculate' the entire cost. Which was very expensive in the first place. I paid the full amount and just got shot of them, it was an insult. Wouldn't recommend this company.

I am sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. It is always our intention to provide great customer service and useful, transparent advice. Unfortunately, the fabric selected was out of stock from our supplier causing a delay to your order which our customer service team informed you of. Regarding the snapping pull cords, this is a child safety device which only occurs if force is applied when operating the blind. On your order, two blinds were requested with no poles, our customer service did inform you if you would like poles added to your blinds there would be a cost as these are an addition. Please accept our sincerest apologies that we did not live up to your expectations on this occasion. Thank you for sharing your experience as your valuable feedback helps us to improve our processes.

Expert motorised blinds
Had my full house done in Rainbow Blinds products. Motorised day and nigh blinds, motorised roman blinds and motorised curtain tracks. These were all well made and well fitted. I was also set up with the TaHoma hub so these can all work via an app with timer and Alexa/Google voice control. All official Somfy controls and motors throughout. expert knowledge on these items from the sales and fitting team. I went back to get a Markilux awning for the back patio.
