II learned about this company on Instagram

I learned about this company on Instagram, took a look at many of their t-shirts and ended up ordering 2 of them. I thought they were based in the US, but once I could finally view tracking I saw that they shipped from Portugal. I took over a MONTH to receive the shirts, and upon opening up the package I was very disappointed to see the poor quality - especially considering they were $21.99 each! The photos on their website are obviously altered to make the shirts look much nicer than they really are. There is no name brand or garment care tag inside the shirts - just a tiny white tag that has an initial for the size (S). I contact the seller (Rainbowclaw.com) to let them know I'd like to return the shirts and they gave me quite the run around, trying to get me to keep the shirts, offering me a measly $4.00 refund if I'd keep them. ALSO, I pointed out to them that they charged me $13.24 "TAX" on a $52.97 order. They promptly refunded it stating it was "an error". I wonder how many other people they did that to and may have never noticed!

After about a dozen emails with them they still wouldn't provide a return address, so I filed a claim with PayPal. They still tried to get me to keep the shirts, stating that it would be very expensive for me to return the shirts to CHINA! They finally gave me a return address - that has no name/business name, no street number, and no zip code.

This company makes it appear that they are Christian, but they most certainly are NOT - especially being China based! Shame on them!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY'RE FRAUDS!!!

this company falsely advertises that…

this company falsely advertises that their products are “made in the USA” which they
clearly are not since the tag on the shirt I ordered said “made in China” . When I emailed them for a return label, they told me it would be expensive to ship back to China! unbelievable!!

Run, run, run away! 

Ordered a T-shirt that was patriotic. When it came, it was sleazy, shiny material, even though in the picture it looked like T-shirt material. I literally threw it away. By the time I paid shipping, I was into these people for $30 for a T-shirt! And no one answering my please for a refund.

This is not an American company

This is not an American company. They advertise that it is made in America. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive and when I got the shipping label it said it came from Spain but made in China. Do not buy from them.

I have not received my shirts yet but I know they won’t fit

I have not received my shirts yet; however, based on reviews I have read, they will be TOO SMALL!! Like another reviewer, I thought the company was in Wales. Now I find out they are in China!! I bought 6 shirts at a total of $142.50 and I will not be able to wear them. Lesson learned: NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY ON FACEBOOK!!!!!

One AND Done--will NOT buy from Rainbowclaw Again

Received t-shirt after long shipping delay. Though marked "XL", it was too small and tight. On the web site it is described as "Loose Fit". Not. All my shirts are XL, but this is apparently a "Chinese XL", i.e. too small. I thought the company was based in Wales, UK, but I believe that's just a shell company for a Chinese trading firm. Rather than just refund my $ or send a properly sized replacement, they said I would have to send it back to China at MY expense first and offered to refund $3 of the $30+! After several back and forth emails, I said forget it--sent some feedback that will likely never be read. The "Christian" identity one assumes from the products is just plain commercialism. Obviously first and last purchase!

Save your money!!

I gotta hand it to them…. the scammers email you a couple of times a week with your order status, but after 14 days the order supposedly made it to US customs. Ya… right!!!! Glad I only ordered one shirt that I’m unlikely to receive. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Not a trustworthy company

Ordering from Rainbowclaw was a frustrating experience. It took months to receive the shirts I ordered. It wasn’t until I notified PayPal that I thought I had been scammed after paying the company $80+ that I finally received tracking for my order. It took weeks just to receive tracking! I had ordered 3 shirts that looked very nice so I was really looking forward to them, but with the ridiculously long wait, I realized they were likely coming from China with the slowest shipping method possible. FINALLY, I received my shirts, each one shipped separately. Each one had a nice design, but they were so hugely oversized they looked terrible on me. So the thrift store ended up receiving the 3 shirts. From start to finish, this was a terrible and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company!

Be ware that you will wait for several…

Be ware that you will wait for several weeks( so they can be sure to get your money ) and then you are stuck with what you receive, even if there is a defect. They list on their website they are in US but this is simply not true! I ordered 5 shirts and 2 sweatshirts. They had to go through Customs, twice! Ireland and Italy! One shirt had the print transposed. I sent a picture & at first was told, there was nothing wrong! I was then told they could give me $7 OR I could return to their facility in CHINA! I was simply asking for an exchange. The print on a few of the shirts is not solid, it is broken as if part of the lettering stuck to the iron. Waiting a month, then having the print transposed and to be told there is no return or exchange, is not a company I will be using going forward.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a patriotic shirt for Memorial day several weeks in advance of the holiday. The shipping stated 5-7 days, which I paid for. Weeks later, the tracking information stated that it was sitting at the customs of ITALY (there is no mention of international shipping on their website.) Every time I recieved an "update", it still stated it was at the customs of Italy. I requested cancellation several times with ZERO response. After the item finally arrived, well after Memorial day, I received an automated email asking if my problem was "resolved"...ummm, NO. oh, and the email takes me to an automated website that forces you to answer questions in their favor. Oh, btw, the quality is terrible too!! Stay away from this so-called "faith based" clothing company.

Mistaken?

I bought a finger glucose meter a few days ago for around 60 USD, and I was surprised that I didn't receive a thank you email and receipt of payment and shipping instructions, nothing! That's why I came here to see the reviews and I saw that I was most likely deceived. What a shame I didn't read the reviews sooner. I don't even know their email. If anyone knows please let me know. I ordered 4 shirts and to make the free shipping. The email response on my order showed a higher cost than I was told in order total. Had to email to get it corrected. Got shirts. One is made so badly not wearable. Tried to return and they said it's fine and will give me $9 for the $29 purchase. Will most likely be pursuing a total return now with credit card company.

This company is a scam BS company... I ordered 6 shirts and when they came they were made nothing like the pictures looked like, the materials were HIRRIBLE, cheap and not what the pics looked like and the women's lg t-shirt, looked like a child's size... When I tried to get a return all I got was a run around, telling me how long and expensive the process would be, could I just give them to someone else who might like them... Like WTH.... And on and on . I keep getting emails responses to contact the seller... Like they are not the seller... It is a ridiculous nightmare and had I know it was from China I would not have ordered and I will read company reviews from now on... Those people got a lil over 100. 00 of my money but I am still gonna fight to get it back.....and report them to every US agency I can...
