We completely understand your point about keeping price labels on the end flaps. For our in-store customers and at show events we’re required to display prices clearly, which is why the labels are placed on the front of the packages. That said, we’ve now moved to EasyPeel labels specifically to make removal cleaner and easier for customers who prefer an unmarked box.

Class 14 Locomotive-hard to find!!
Looking for a specific locomotive and found it on Rainbow website. Price was fair so placed order. Communications excellent and package arrived very quickly. Well packaged and delivered by Royal Mail whose tracking is also excellent. Extremely pleased with purchase.

Dealings with Rainbow Railways
Over the years I have purchased 16 yes 16 of their locomotive resprays. A tidy cost I would add. When I discovered a lighting bracket was not reinstalled I communicated with them. No response. Then two weeks ago at a show I expended £368 and there was a problem with a loco. Left a message on their answer machine and no return call.

I just wanted to clarify that we don’t have an answering machine, so we’re not sure which number you may have called or where the message may have gone. We currently have two people on the phones as required, and we do always return any missed calls.
