Company claims my parcel, a dress, was delivered. It is nowhere to be found outside. The Tracking number is LWPBKY6040600310YQ. When I enquired further, I was told the tracking number does not exist. The taking of money for a purchase that is never delivered is called THEFT.

I placed an order for a nice pair of shoes on 3/13/26 but have not received the order. I have made several attempts to contact the company, including sending 5 eMails but I have not received any feedback. In addition, there's no phone number or another way to contact them. This makes me believe that Rainwick is a high tech scam. Please be careful

HORRIBLE service !!! avoid this fraud company ! They say they are based in New York , LIES! It’s a china company ! They refuse to answer dozens of emails ! They refuse to tell u that your shipping will takes months AND once u order is processed ( 3 hours) u cannot cancel your order ! TOTAL SCAM

Bought a puffer down coat from Rainwick, which ended up being a very flat coat that was 2 sizes too small, and the quality was very poor! There was hardly any down in it and the whole cost fit in a very small envelope.
I returned the coat the following day to the China address listed on the their website. It took over a month to get there which gave them an excuse not to reimburse my money. When I emailed Sophia 4 times about the return initially, I got NO response until I disputed the transaction on my credit card.
DO NOT buy from this crooked, horrible website of Rainwick. You will lose your money with no return!! I even had a tracking # from USPS to confirm my mailing transaction.

Very cheap👕 quality...it took a long time for "columbo"⛵️ to bring this package to America 🇺🇸
Never again order crap from China.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Way too long for arrival, obviously from country outside US but was not aware of that. Inquired 2x, no response. Finally received pair of linen woman's pants in tiny package in mailbox. Disappointed to say the least, I could have sewn a better pair - and I don't sew. $46 for cheap, low quality made pants that were too tight, I'm on XS, ordered S. NEVER had such a disappointing order in 15 yrs. STAY AWAY.

The dress I received was NOTHING as pictured.
The color was wrong, the style and fabric was nothing as represented.
I’ve not gotten one personal email when I was reaching out to them.
I am afraid I will not hear back now. I’m not sure where they get their reviews.
On the website there are only 4-5 star reviews, but if you go to trust pilot, the reviews are much lower. Be careful, this is not a reputable company after all.
Please do not order from them, save yourself some money and time.

I ordered 2 swimsuits in my typical size— both were too small— they respond all apologetic but do not accept returns— they said that’s on their website but I did not see it— delivery took weeks. Suits were not quality. I will never purchase from them again

The dress took over 2 weeks to arrive. I feel like they hide the fact it’s coming from China. I never would have purchased it and was disappointed by the quality.

Dont buy anything from this store.
Clothing quality is terrible and sizing is smaller than US measurements.
Return is impossible.
Customer service does not work at all.
Sorry to tell if you bought something you loose your money.

The products were cheap quality, not linen as advertised, doesn’t fit to size and had completely different buttons.

The shoe projected as five ratings on their website could not even be rated one. Do not buy those. Not for $72. The shoe is made so cheap that the stiches are coming off when received. I will never buy from this seller again. It's a FRAUD. The picture shown is deceiving.

I bought a bathing suit that did not fit. Although the website says "easy 30 day returns," you have to ship the returns to China. For my <$50 bathing suit, the cheapest option (UPS) is $32 to ship (without any tracking)
I emailed the company twice and sent one message via their website, but they have not gotten back to me.

Spent 67.00 to buy a suit! Only got the pants! Asked 3x on the email address - not reply. disputing my charge with credit card.

This company RIPS you off!

I ordered dresses from them for a formal party when I get them. I was very very disappointed. I ordered them on March 17. Got them a few days later and need to return them. I filled out the return form and have not been able to get a hold of anybody they do not have a phone number. You can contact them and I’m afraid my 30 days is gonna be gone before I get in contact with them. I spent over $130 and I can’t find anywhere to return these. They will not answer me don’t buy from this company they are

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! EVER!!!!
I have been trying to return a jacket for weeks. Wrote countless emails. No one ever responded. Guess ill eat the $70.

Ordered two dresses and immediately realized the return policy was to mail back to China. Within the hour of ordering I sent two emails cancelling my order. I never heard back and by the time I contacted my bank, the credit card was processed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They show a NY address but it's probably the home of the Chinese owners cousin. The cost of shipping to China would be more than the dress on sale. No customer service. I was just stupid, shopping online at 2am. duh.

I ordered a Men's shirt on March 22nd, as of March 28 I still have not received my shirt and the tracking number I was provided does not match any domestic tracking.
They say they are based out of New York but I believe my shirt is coming from China. I have emailed customer support but got no response back.

I ordered a blazer and paid for special packaging. What I received was a toddlers blazer and it came in a very very small bag. All crumpled up. I am livid. I asked for a refund and I have heard nothing. I am glad Trustpilot is around because from now on I will check with you first.
