FRAUD - Order never shipped and gotten no response. BEWARE!

I placed an order and paid for a raised relief map on 2/26/26. I received an order confirmation but never received the map. I've tried several times to contact RaisedRelief by phone and email but have received no response. From the reviews below it looks like this has been a common issue over the last few months. Looks like they may be out of business but are still collecting funds online...

I placed an order January 14 and as of today I have not received the product, nor can I get a response on email or phone. Based on other reviews I fel like I am not alone.

Today is December 30. I placed an order for a raised relief map online on November 30 as a Christmas gift.
I have not received the map. I have tried multiple times to contact this company via email and phone calls. Email is never answered and I only get a recorded message on the phone. I feel like I have been scammed! They have already gotten my money and I have nothing!

Seamless process of ordering, paying and receiving. Appreciated the reassurance it would arrive before Christmas. Packaged very carefully!

I ordered a Smoky Mountain 3D map, paid for it, and have heard nothing since. It’s been a month and a half since I ordered it. I have called them and emailed them several times with so response from them. Phone calls go directly to voice mail. Very upset as I wanted this as a gift for Christmas and ordered in plenty of time to receive, but I am out a gift and the money I paid for it too.

I placed an order on October 10th (unframed) which states that it will take 2 weeks to ship. It has now been over a month and I haven't had any kind of updates since they took my money. I have called and left multiple voicemails and emails asking for a call back just to clarify that I was going to be getting my product. If I could get confirmation, I would be happy to wait longer because I know life happens. But...not once has anyone responded to any of them. It is impossible to speak to someone to ask any questions or to request a refund. Terrible customer service on their end. I was really hoping to get my map as it was suppose to be a special anniversary gift for my husband. What a let down. I'd give zero stars if the rating would let me. I wouldn't recommend using this website because if you any issues, it will not be resolved since they do not respond to emails or phone calls.

The framed White Mountains 4000-footers raised relief map is beautiful, exactly as described, and was delivered on-time. I would order from here again.

This company has a great product and they did warn customers that orders would be slow during the holiday season, but they didn't how long that delay would be extended. I made my purchase after the date they listed and it just took longer than expected, I reached out through email but no response. Ultimately, order shipped 3 weeks after purchased.

Received as described online in timely manner.

Quick delivery and just as expected. Only suggestion would be to improve the detail of the print with an updated map. It really changes a map to see the topography and gets you excited to go explore!

These maps are wonderful. I've been buying them for over 50 years.
