Ralph's Orchard Limited Avis

Highly Recommend Quality Products.

Very quick delivery of my purchase. An excellent quality and scent of oil purchased, would definitely buy again.

I’ve purchased from here a number of times now. The candles smell gorgeous and although this one was in a normal tin I do love the up-cycled containers too. Great service, quick dispatch, minimal packaging and all easy to recycle. Lovely touch with hand written thank you note and a free wax melt!

I ordered some candles as part of an anniversary gift. The delivery date was due to be after the date I needed them. I emailed to see if it was possible to send them asap. I got a lovely email back from the owner and the candies arrived in time. Great personal service and great candies.

The item I ordered was lovely but what made the purchase experience so good was the personal touch and free wax melt in the package. A hand written note and a tree planted. I will definitely order from here again.

Good delivery time and well informed from purchase to delivery.

My friend was absolutely delighted to receive these lovely gifts! Brilliant service. Excellent company.

Easy to use website, accurate description, lovely product , well informed passage of delivery and product arrived beautifully packaged with personalised messages and notice of a tree planted .

Product absolutely as cute as it looked - the lamb - and delivery was extremely fast. I would have given 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that an eco friendly organic product was packaged with those horrible polystyrene “wotsits”! Surely you could have used wool (help the farmers), straw or paper? All of which I have seen other eco products packaged in.

I love this company I have had several repurpose containers with candles in I love them, they are presents but I might be tempted to use myself I really like this company and there ethics.

Lovely candles, excellent communication and packaging too. I love the repurposed containers, such a brilliant use of things that would otherwise be thrown away.

Lovely natural products and excellent service. Thank you! Looking forward to shopping more...

Items arrived promptly and packed well with a free gift and a handwritten note. Lovely touch! Shower steamers smelt amazing and products are professionally made and presented. Made for a lovely gift.

Products were great, beautifully packed. I also appreciated personalised note and sample of sage wax 🙂

Quick delivery, well packaged, great products, as described

Very quick delivery and the products I ordered were beautifully presented. Lovely service with a card stating a tree had been planted in my name. I will use this company again.

Quick and efficient delivery. Lovely products and great value for money

Advert was accurate and the ordering process and delivery was good.

As usual great customer service and product. Just one thing, would be great if candles could be bought without holder. Thank you again.

I can't buy candles from anywhere else. No other candles or melts smell as good and everything is totally natural. They even send free samples so you can try something new.
