Awful. The two hats arrived after nearly a month in a small box that was half crushed. The color of one felt hat was wrong, the straw hat was the quality of a child’s costume. Customer service is non existent. I should have done more research. Save yourself time, do not purchase anything from this company.

RanchRow is a scam outfit. DO NOT order anything from them.
I order a hat, the first one somehow was lost in transit, they said they’d send another. The one that arrived was simply junk. Looked like something you’d pick up at a costume store or dollar store.
I paid $78.44 total. Refund policy is a joke.

This is a rip-off site. First, in addition to the shipping cost, they add a $6.00 "Shipping Insurance" fee that they don't tell you about in the ordering process.

When the post office notified me that the hat had arrived, they told me that there was a "Postage Due" fee of $10.65. When I got to the post office to pick it up...and pay the fee, the lady told me that the shipping label was fake! I had to choose between paying the $10.65 or declining the package and having the PO return it. I coughed up the $10.65 and took the package home.

When I opened the box, the hat was stuffed in a too-small box. The color was not like the photo on the site, the brim was misshaped, the crown feels like cardboard... it's a piece of junk! There's no way that I'd wear that out in public!!!

If it were a high quality hat, I might be able to swallow the fact that my $59.99 hat now was costing me $85.50, but this is horrible!

What ever you do, AVOID Ranch and Row!!!

Stay away from chinese companies. Ordered a panama hat.i was sent a hat as stiff and rigid as a piece of cassava. These miscreants delinquents are totally devoid of ethics. I appeal to amazon to let people be aware of origin of goods.you are blackening the reputation of your country.i wonder when your government will intervene to eradicate you.

The hats, as pictured, appear to be sturdy, weathered, whole grain leather; or thick firm fabric. The hat I received was light, thin, felt cloth. Quickly and easily losing its shape. It's a $10 hat for $70. I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because the poncho was ok. I just paid 10X too much for the whole thing. DO NOT BUY this stuff.

I do not know who this company is, but today I received an empty box, EMPTY.

The hats that they sent me are totally cheap and not what they show online. Contacted cust. service and they said the best they could do is offer 10% refund.
