I had an incredible experience shopping at Randy Fox, there was a small mishap when the item I ordered didn’t match the one displayed on the website, however Chris from Randy Fox quickly replied to my email and was able to provide multiple solutions which I was more than happy with! I will definitely be shopping here again, thanks guys!

As always you have a great selection and a great value. The best part is your speedy delivery time. If you order from one of the overseas sites there is over a month delay in delivery.

Good value, good range, good service. The customer service representative was (understandably) a little gruff and unhappy when I put the wrong street number on my order BUT was very helpful and bundled the original order in the same shipment with a subsequent order to save me from having to pay for re-shipping. Very good customer service. (And again, Chris, if you read this, sorry for the mistake.)

The shopping part was easy, until I got to checkout, they don't have klarna as a default payment option, so I had to do more work to make my order

Quick, easy and discrete transaction. Product is fun and easy to use, mostly self explanatory. For lubrication, liberal Sorbolene moisturiser works well in my opinion, it's more economical and washes off easily.
