The service and communication from start to finish was wonderful!

Process was relatively simple and hood was delivered on time. It was delivered in crate, packaged very well to reduce risk of damage. We mounted hood to quartz back splash and came out looking great.

I had several questions throughout the process and it was met with quick response times and friendliness. Even after receiving the hood, they provided guidance and support as I had additional questions on maintenance. Overall, quality hood and exceptional customer service!

We look for months for a custom copper range hood and are thrilled with our finished hammered copper hood and chimney! It is a gorgeous addition to our newly remodeled kitchen. The staff provided very detailed drawings and were very highly attentive to our desired design specs. The hood was shipped in an extremely sturdy crate so as to prevent any chance of damage. Definitely worth the wait!!

Upon opening the crate to inspect our new hood which we’ve waited ten weeks to receive we found it had concealed damage. While this was very disappointing I must give a lot of credit to Rangehoodmasters for taking on this challenging situation. They did what I would expect with a company with integrity. They stood behind the product and we figured out a solution. I will definitely use them with my clients. By the way the quality was great!

Amazing customer service. Really easy to work with in order to get a custom hood made that fits the space we have perfectly.

Communication was very difficult at best and description of product limited even with a drawing. Rivets are much larger than shown and not replaceable.
