I bought a smart TV with them online, they never delivered and I didn't receive a refund back.

Scam scam scam please avoid this website I swear the are scam I ordered a tv they charge me and the item never arrived!!!

Did not receive my 55" TV my husband visited their business address it was a garage I contacted Range mall again threatened that if I did not receive a refund within 3 days it would be put in the hands of the police and the fraud department of my bank received an email with a full refund within 24 hours please be aware of using this company it's bogus

This looks like a fake business which should be avoided at all costs. I bought a Sony TV which looked too cheap, the website, Google ad, links, and even delivery courier company all looked legitimate but none of it is, its all fake. I have processed a Section 75 claim. Companies House shows it as a garage with 2 employees !

They are a scam company got stung back in January 2026 for a tv that never turned up and no contact from rangemall or the delivery company rapid kingdom,i have informed Google that they are a scam

Scam- paid for tv and it never arrived. Promised delivery on 3 occasions but never arrived. Now not answering phone or emails. SCAM!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER.

I wish I had read the reviews last night. It’s not looking good. I tried to ring the number they supplied and it’s just a basic household mobile number. No answer their warehouse does not exist on Google Maps I knew they were dodgy. No one gives you half price TV. But I just thought I’d chance it. I’ve already contacted my credit card so as long as I get in touch with within 14 days I should be covered anyway this is the email I’ve just received from them. I’ll keep you posted over the next couple of days.

I’ll keep you posted if Sam manages to deliver my TV 😂 I think Sam must be walking it over to my house as it’s been nearly 3 weeks now so it looks like it is a total scam. Luckily I’m with nationwide naval already paid my money back. I hope they all go to prison

Despite Report Fraud not taking any action, along with Google, it was left to my bank to bear the cost of refunding me, subject to its own investigation.

Many of us defrauded would not have been, had Google not displayed the Rangemall ad.

After my 6th Jan 26 notification to Report Fraud, of my 11th Dec 25 55inch TV purchase and my update of ads still showing on 13th and 15th Jan: ads are still showing.

I do not have a mission to check ads, believing Rangemall would be stopped but again simply looking on 18th and 19th Jan 26 and now the 4th and today 5th of February 2026. Rangemall have increased the price to £145.

After complaining about Report Frauds non-assistance on 6th Jan 26 (they could have stopped Googles ads at least ?) Back then I asked them verbally,also to see Trustpilot Rangemall reviews.

Contacted Report Fraud ( Crime No Ref: RF26010050395C) on 6th Jan and again updating on 15th of Jan stating the fraud was and still is operating through Google ads !!!

Please do something...........................................Stop the ads from being shown at the very least.

FRAUD. There is no other way to say it. Purchased a TV in Dec 2025, and after false broken promises, still nothing over a month later. Please pay extra elsewhere and get what you ordered - I certainly wish I had.
If in doubt, check online Hmrc registered companies it only takes seconds and is free.

If you google their address its for an engineering company. I haven't ordered from them because its a company name i dont recognise and the prices are too good to be true. Ive been scammed before and since that, ive been extra careful. Only order from reputable companies. Sorry to hear yous got scammed. Go to your bank . Never pay for goods that dont accept PayPal

Getting 200 pounds to sell my story. They are under investigation. Go to sun or daily Mail and guardian. They will look at this and if you have been a victim. This can get to bbc and NCA will get involved. I’m not letting them go I’m going to do everything to ruin it for them. I am living for them. They scammed me twice.

SCAM , item never received. Emails now bounced back ,
Calls never answered. , They send tracking with now non existant company for delivery date long enough to stop you cancelling the payment.
Company number shown on website is a car repair shop and they have nothing to do with these.

pound for a TV. It never turned up abd I lost my money.

Absolute scam, waited 6 weeks for a TV, emailed several times, no reply whatsoever had to ask my bank for refund, don’t waste your time on this company

I ordered an appliance which was not on this website, it popped up on a Google search and on clicking the ad it took me to just a product page. With a lot going on I didn't check much further, sadly I was more interested in the reviews on the product and didn't check the company itself out. The company also trades as renishop.com - look that up on TP and you'll see all the same kind of reviews there about it being a scam.

Ordered a tv for my son for Christmas never arrived, stated 2 to 5 days, once order placed it became 30 days, but never delivered. now fighting for my money back.

This company needs closing down. It is a pure SCAM. Those poor people losing loads of money as well as me,it's not right why on earth are they still trading😡
