I have a 32 year old appliance and when a door handle broke I was concerned about getting a replacement. Checking on Rangemoors sight after a google search pointed me there I was initially disappointed to see they were out of stock. I was offered the opportunity to put an order on the system anyway. Well that was on the Monday, by Wednesday late PM the part was with me. I was absolutely delighted. A great service and thank you.

I needed a couple of parts for my now ageing log burner. After looking at the information available on the Rangemoors website I was able to identify the appropriate parts required and order them. I bought a Rangemaster professional plus. Oven inoperable. Reported problem 5 days ago. No, contact since. Very poor customer service from the manufacturer, Rangemaster. How much do you need to spend to get a working oven? Avoid. Update: Aga Rangemaster did offer a £500 refund which then was reduced to £200 for no apparent reason. 😏

They were able to provide the parts for our log burnr that is over 20 years old It took over 6 weeks for the parts to arrive and communications during this period were not great, however very happy with the parts supplied and the quality of the product
