I have been purchasing jewelry from Rankins for years prior to this when they were based on Roman Road. Items made to an excellent standard always loved their jewelry and the jewelry arrives within the delivery time. Superb service.

My partner bought me new earrings for…
My partner bought me new earrings for Valentine’s Day , within 72 hours the backing had snapped, with this being stuck in the back of my ear but the earring due to the faulty backing had come away and can’t find the stud , rankings has taken no accountability for something that I purchased within 72 hours and clearly sent pictures of the faulty item and put the blame on my door which is very disappointing no one has money to waste , I was offered nothing apart from paying more money for a single earring. Poor customer service and poor product all round .

The backing snapped nothing should break within unjustified time length it’s crazy , if the item wasn’t faulty, the backing would’ve never broke and I would still have the item why would then I pay more money for something that was not my fault and I could not prevent and no Rankins was not helpful The fact I bought it on Saturday and by Monday the backing had snapped says everything. I gave you the item that was at fault that made me lose my brand new earring. Very unreasonable from rankings. Thank you

Hi Kelly, we always want to put things right where we can. If there’s a fault with an item, we’re more than happy to replace it. However we need to see the earring itself so we can confirm the issue. At the moment we’ve only been sent a photo of the butterfly back, so we’re unable to verify a fault without seeing the actual earring or broken stem.
As mentioned previously, we did offer to replace the lost earring at cost price as a goodwill gesture, and that option is still there if you’d like to go ahead. Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to discuss it further.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made it easier to make my choice. Great prices. Stunning pieces.
