Everything was great, fast and easy until I had to contact their customer service. Have in mind that I have used only their instant sell service to crypto cash out, on multiple occasions with no issues, until a trade failed (probably the issue was not on their side) for some reason and had to contact customer service to resolve it. Which they did, but it took 5 hours. And I mind be wrong here, but if someone tells me 'bear with us', I don`t assume its going to take 5 fkn hours.

I deposit with Litecoin. Confirmations exceed 10 to 20. But the money is not credited to the account. This happens constantly and every time I write to support about it. It takes more than 2 days to solve the problem. They have a disgusting support team. Although the customer support sees the message, he does not respond.

Be very careful on this site when you sell skins for Crypto Currency. Recently i sold a skins worth of 0.57598461 LTC. They send 0.42618717 LTC to my LiteCoin Address and 0.14873198 LTC worth of 12 Dollars completely to a whole different address. When asking them about this they say that's totally normal and nothing is wrong with the payment.. On the Site it clearly says 0.01 Dollar fee. That means they just scam you 20% of your skins price... It takes them about 24 hours to 'investigate' this, don't reply on their own and just wait until you say something again.

Utterly Worst customer service and total scam! Just watch out all!
