NOT ARRIVED AS YET EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS 24 HOUR DELIVERY. (WED AFTERNOON). CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE, ONLY A EMAIL THAT KEEPS SAYING CHECK THE TRACKING. THE TRACKING SAYS Royal Mail ARE WAITING FOR THE ITEM. NOT VERY HAPPY.
Failed to process a refund due. Have ignored all communictaions since and now their phone line auto-diverts to a full mailbox. Total rip-off scam.
Excellent, rapid service and amazing out of hours response when the notification didn't arrive. Very efficient and having used this service before and now, I'll be using it again. Thank you.
They let me book for day X at time Y.
The day after, they send me an email saying they will not be open for the day/time I booked. No other day/time would work for me, so I asked for a cancellation and a refund, to which, initially, they agreed.
After not hearing them for weeks, despite having chased them several times, they come back saying they would not refund the booking.
They essentially left me without any testing, mocking the regulations we have in place and risking everybody's health with their negligence.
DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER.
Just get tested at the airport.
No booking number provided. Unable to contact.
Travelling back to the UK for Christmas I needed one of the new two day PCR tests which this organisation advertised at a convenient location in Nottingham. However they did not provide a reconised booking number for the Passenger Locator Form and did not reply to an email with this information.
I tried to phone today and they cannot be contacted on any of their phone numbers in Nottingham or Coventry, at the headquaters or on 'out of hours' mobile numbers.
I am worried this coud be a scam.
Huge thanks to Mandy and the team at Nottingham. I got my test results within a few hours. They kept me well informed about the whole process. Will be heading back for my next travel tests1
I just booked a PCR test with them and Have had great experience. Staff was freindly.
Nottingham location does not exist! Of course I only
discovered this when I tried to show up for my appointment. Phone calls to both of their numbers immediately went to voicemail (despite being within their "opening hours"), and I was unable to leave a message as voicemail reported "message box full". I emailed the test centre, but several days later and there is still no response. I'm out £35, was unable to travel on the day intended (rebooking fees, thanks!) and have requested a refund via my bank. I'm reasonably confident this site is a scam, please beware!
Disappointed. Advertised as results within 24 hours "fastest in Midlands" but actually take a lot longer ( 35 hours) . I paid extra for a quicker result which was not going to happen as they knew the labs were busy. They should simply inform customer before so they know what to expect and not pay more for something they won't receive.
Went to the Nottingham centre. Booked on a Saturday afternoon for an appointment on Sunday, had the results by Sunday evening.
