So impressed with Raptinabox. Ordered a hamper for Father's day expecting it to arrive the day after (Monday). Much to my delight, my Dad said it was hand delivered on Father's day. So impressed it was dropped off on a Sunday. My dad was so impressed with the presentation and I love being able to buy a hamper filled with local delicacies (he lives in the Sunshine Coast which is full of such great produce).
I will definitely be buying future gifts here.

Happy with the product , but…..
Happy with the product , but it turned up a day earlier than specified when ordering, which wasn’t ideal as it was a birthday gift for my wife.
I am that you are at the mercy of the post, but other vendors such as online flower and cake sellers can get deliveries on a specified date.
It just kind of takes the gloss off something that was meant as a surprise when it turns up the day before a birthday and the person it is intended for takes delivery.

Hi Jason, We are sorry that Bernadette received her gift one day early. We hand deliver all of our local parcels (Sunshine Coast) and believe that cake and flower shops would do the same, locally within their area. All vendors in Australia are having shipping delays at this time, and we do apologise for this. We did however received notice from Australia Post and Aramax that due to thousands of little issues there systems are jamming, and parcels, letters etc being sent Standard Post are being delayed 5 - 7 days (on average). There are also parcel sorting centres being closed weekly for deep cleaning which can cause further delays. Therefore every order we receive we are Express Shipping at our own cost to ensure delivery on-time or before the due date. We are certainly at the mercy of the post and always put our customers first to ensure we provide the best possible service. Again we apologise for any inconvenience and hope to assist you with your gifting in the future.
Lovely gift for lockdown birthday
This was a birthday present for my sister in Australia (ordered from the UK). She was very impressed & it made a lovely surprise for her lockdown birthday. My only negative feedback is the price. It seems expensive for what was actually in the box/ size of the items.

We are sorry that you did not find value in the products within this gift. All of the products that we use in our range are chosen for their quality, sustainability and eco friendly manufacturer and some may be a little more expensive for this reason. You will however not find these products at any normal supermarket or market stall, they are unique! We do appreciate your feedback though and hope that we can assist you will a different gift option in the future.

Super easy to place my orders, I was updated the whole process and notified when they were delivered. The extra touch of a note asking the recipients not to open until a specific date (Mother’s Day) was beautiful. Lovely, good quality products that are Aussie made.
