I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the unexpected suspension of my hosting account.

A few days ago, your support informed me via chat that if I did not change my review within 3 days, my hosting service would be terminated. Today, my hosting has been suspended, which clearly indicates unfair and unprofessional behavior.

I was using your free hosting service, but this action raises serious concerns about your company’s credibility and customer treatment. Forcing users to change reviews under threat of suspension is not acceptable.

Due to this experience:

My website has gone offline without proper justification
I have faced inconvenience and potential loss
My trust in your service has been completely broken

I request the following:

Immediate explanation for the suspension
Reactivation of my hosting OR proper compensation
If any payment or charges were applied, a full refund

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may be forced to share my experience publicly to warn other users.

I hope you will handle this matter professionally and resolve it as soon as possible.

I had a problem initially, but they were also quick in responding and solving the problems.
Good service, good chat support, and they contacted me on WhatsApp.
I'm having a problem installing Mautic, but I've already contacted support and opened a ticket.

simple affordable hosting

So I have had the service for a few months and have to say the uptime is perfect the setup was simple, and I have had no issue. I no longer have to worry about my hosting. Best pricing i have ever found with an easy to use tool base. Perfect for small sites that dont need alot of resources.

The best hosting service I've ever used!

They definitely deserve 5 stars and even more!
I bought their lifetime plan, which is amazing.
You get everything for a reasonable price, and you pay only once - the service and features you get are even better than most of the most expensive hosting services I know and have used!
Their servers are really stable and always work, and they have existed since 2006, which proves how good they are.
I really appreciate them, and I think it's so amazing they offer this service at a one-time price!
The support team is really nice and helpful, even though there are not a lot of people, so sometimes they take a little longer to answer, which is completely understandable and reasonable - they usually answer within 12 hours at most (mostly a lot less).

I love Rarhost and I'm glad to be one of their clients.

Pursue only if you want stress and frustration

Dealt with these people for about two weeks. They advertise website migration help, but they never showed at an appointment time they set up. They didn't explain why they were a no-show. They wanted me to share my handle on Telegram to communicate, promising immediate communication, and they often didn't respond for a day or two. I had to get my credit card involved to reverse this charge. They are liars and scammers. DealMirror is complicit for selling such garbage!

IN RESPONSE TO RARHOST'S RESPONSE: This company set up A SINGLE appointment and never showed up. If they were professional, they would have showed up. If there were extenuating circumstances, they would have apologized and explained why they were a no-show and offered different time blocks. They did none of this. They expected me to hunt them down on Telegram over and over and over. And, every time, there was a delayed response by anywhere from an hour to two days. RARHost is a bunch of liars.

Our team made multiple attempts to coordinate the free migration service, but scheduling proved challenging due to limited daily availability (30–60 minutes) and delays in communication across different time zones.

Migration services require real-time access and timely interaction. We clearly communicated the need to temporarily disable 2FA for the process and, when that wasn't feasible due to SiteGround’s fallback security, we proposed several scheduled time slots. We also recommended quicker communication via Signal or Telegram to minimize any potential delays.

Throughout the process, we remained proactive in our outreach, using the contact details provided by the customer and responding promptly whenever we received updates.

The delay was not the result of negligence or a lack of willingness to assist. We respect and value all clients and made genuine efforts to work within the constraints provided.

We regret that the communication gap led to a misunderstanding and remain fully available to complete the migration or respectfully close the case at the customer’s request.

Complete trash and scammer

Complete trash. I signed up for their lifetime webhosting and email deal, only to find out it is complete garbage and with the most technically incompetent "support" staff.

Email is completely non-functional unless you use their web portal, even though it states it is IMAP or POP3. They state that because no one on their teams knows what any of that means and no form of trying their "settings" worked with a PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android tablet, or phone.

The web hosting is meh at best as all of your "unlimited" sites will get dumped into a single folder on their server. I've also not yet been able to get their storage to operate properly either.

Long story short, save yourself the headaches and look for a true hosting provider that actually provides what they say they sell and know how to support it.

COMPLETE TRASH!!!!

Support is really bad. Basically absent.

When it comes to hosting services, reliable support is essential. RARhost provides faster servers, cPanel, and an impressive array of features. Unfortunately, their response time for support tickets is extremely slow, often taking days, and the solutions provided are often ineffective. For critical website management, this level of service is unacceptable and could jeopardize your business. My experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend them at all.
