Surprised to see the previous review because this brand has amazing brand quality and customer service. Many brands (big and small) do not take responsibility for mail theft when a package is marked as delivered. This team goes above and beyond in my experience. My rat boi items are always such high quality and I get compliments every time I wear them. Truly incredible all around for a small business. I have been shopping with them from the very beginning and trust them with my basics and intimates!

I had ordered some items and ended up needing to exchange two of the items as they didn't fit. The package with the exchanged items, while marked delivered, was never actually delivered. When I reached out to request a replacement or refund, I was told that they would not take any responsibility (noting they were too small to take responsibility) and that it was up to me to file a USPS claim. While they said they sent the package with insurance, the insurance does not cover the cost of the items and now I am out both money and items as well as having to deal with a lengthy USPS claims process. I have never had a company refuse to refund or replace a missing package (both small and big businesses) and this has completely turned me off the brand. It would be much better customer service to replace the item for the customer and make their own insurance claim via USPS, especially as they are not even providing you with enough insurance to cover the value of the items. Do not recommend!

rat boi cotton basic underwear is by far the highest quality underwear I have ever had in my life. I was hesitant to purchase because of the price but it was important to me to shop ethically and sustainably. It is clear that they do not greenwash and truly walk the walk on quality fabrics and construction. they show behind the scenes of how the pieces are made in LA & for all of that I think the prices are actually very fair. Also, I had to change a size in my order and customer service was very responsive and helpful. It's actually better than most big brands and this is a small business!
