I particularly appreciate the ability to collect, analyze, and present customer feedback insights all from a single platform.
There is plenty of other applications that can do that and a lot more, but usually they are part of a suite plan, which costs way more, and usually are not so user friendly because it has a lot of other features, therefore having a confusing user interface.
Regarding the price, in my opinion is very affordable.
