An identity verification protocol is one that takes place in every financial institution, including our own.
We want to identify all our customers, in order to make sure that each and every one of them is allowed to use the services we offer, by virtue of being of the appropriate age / a residence in a country that allows cryptocurrency holding and trading / not suspected of money laundering / not having a criminal record.
Cryptocurrencies are fundamentally different from regular (fiat) currencies.
Once a deposit is made, it arrives at the block-chain, in which it has no tracks.

unfortunately as a financial institution we are legally obligated to verify the commercial us of different currencies and cryptocurrencies.

Joined after reading trustpilot reviews in early Jan 2021
When i first joined they were great( I thought), very helpful.
After a fortnight of trading where i was happy with the results.(too good to be true)my account manager Michael Dixon started to get verbally aggressive trying to bully me to add more money to my account saying i was missing the boat and should be investing thousands and he deals with multi million £ investors and i am losing him money.
Today on the trading page the name of my account manager has changed and no trades have taken place so i took another look at trust pilot reviews and people are now saying the early reviews are fake and the real reviews are that people believe it to be a scam or fraud are coming thru and saying you cant take your money out, so beware everyone

Raven Markets condemn all the claims mentioned in your review and will sanction accordingly when we will be able to connect the complaint to the right account and customer.
SCAM
SCAM! Please be careful, and don't make the same mistake I did. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. If you examine them ,you can see they are all from fake accounts which posted their Raven review the same day they set up their account. Some of the reviewers claim to have been using Ravenmarkets for 6 months or more which is impossible as their website domain was created in October 2020.
I dealt with people who used the names Cameron and Michael. It's easy to put money in, and they'll show you the profit you're making on your investment. They might even let you make a small withdrawal to lure you into a false sense of security and encourage you to invest more. The problems start when you want to take your investment out. I was hung up on earlier today. My withdrawal request is now being looked at by the 'finance department'
I'm sharing this in the hope that no one else will make the same mistake I did and lose their money.

We had our QC department check the recording of said call and was surprised to hear a very short conversation where our representative tried to give you information about the service you showed interest in. We were even more surprised you didn’t accept any of our representative attempts to explain the service and just accused him for being “dodgy”
we can understand the lack of patience talking to service representatives but we do our best providing good service to each of our potential clients, and we apologize that you were offended by the fact you had to give some private information (such as email account and phone number) as needed for any type of financial account/ service/ etc….
We accept that our service isn’t suitable for you and we hope you find a good service provider and advice to show some patience and compassion so you will enjoy good service wherever you turn too .
