Great support, issue resolved quickly
I I recently ordered a pair of sandals here, but they arrived a bit crushed. I reached out to support and they sent me a new pair right away. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. These things can happen, but it was handled really well. Thank you guys!

Problem solved by support team
The sandals arrived a bit crushed and didn’t smell very fresh at first. Luckily this was handled neatly by the support team and they resolved it for me.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The shoes I received looked nothing like the ones advertised online. The design, shape, and overall quality were noticeably different and much lower than expected.
It feels misleading to showcase one product and deliver something that doesn’t match. I’ve contacted customer service requesting a refund and am currently waiting for a response.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from here.
