I ordered a dish and it hasn't arrived since November. The money was deducted from my account. No matter how many times I messaged customer service, no one answered.

SCAM!! you will not receive your items, I ordered a toddler gingerbread house and Christmas tree for Christmas and haven't received the items 3 months later and now website is unavailable

I wish I could give 0 stars. Disgusting company that they are advertising all over Instagram but they are the biggest scammers I should have done my research before feeding into their marketing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A TOTAL SCAM.

Scam. Taken my money and haven't received a product for 2 months

Absolute scam. They take your money and you never receive the goods.
They responded one time, but it was just to fob me off for longer. The email was from a person from the Ravinu Support team - a ‘Devon Arch-Michaud’ - making me feel it was more believable. Disgusting.

It’s a scam ! Zero reply to emails and follow up . Ordered 2 months back . Initially they replied , pretending that the product is arriving . And now it’s blank !! Think it’s all fake

I wish I had read reviews before parting with quite a lot of money for a set of bowls. That was 7 weeks ago. I got an email to say they’d been shipped and then nothing. They have ignored all of my emails since so I just need to accept that I have been scammed out of my money.’ Don’t fall for it!!

I got sent products via facebook ads, and when I brought one it has never arrived. The website looks like it has been taken down, and emails go unanswered. very disapointed!

Do not buy from this company. They will take your money then constantly fob you off with excuses . When you request a refund they completely ignore you. You will never receive your delivery . Total scammer

fell for this scam on instagram advert. shame on instagram for allowing scam.

Items advertised, order made, advised apparently delayed, you wait then the website and tracking disappears with error and they have your money.

Same experience as others - this business is a scam. They take your payment and say your item is delayed and then disappear. This is not a real business.

yep dodgy as good not received no email to reply to unable to contact via internet. dont use this company to buy anything.

Ordered the Christmas tree and gingerbread house in Nov and nothing! Tried emails and tracking it but the link now doesn’t exist. Need to try and get the money back off the bank now. Do not buy

I ordered something at the beginning of November the floral fluffy chair and they were emailing regularly to say it was backlogged etc and it would’ve the next few days this went on the hole of December they were replying . I had emails to ask me to write a review on my item but I didn’t receive so how could I . Now they are ignoring my emails . This company changes the name and keeps scamming so be careful it happened to me . twice . Avoid them with a barge pole

Looks like I've been scammed by them as well. They replied to my email asking them to cancel my order but that was 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my money to be returned. My New Years resolution is to not buy anything else until I check the reviews!
