With regards to the vehicle in question, it was listed as unrecorded, as you would have been aware, insurance companies can backdate markers after vehicles are auctioned. As vehicles are sold in good faith, it would be a discussion with the relevant insurance that had placed such a marker on it, that you would need to discuss this with. Please note that you have 2/3 working days to make payment once a vehicle has been won at auction, if there's any issues with this you are welcome to email and we try our best to assist. If you wish to collect within a 24 hrs period a charge of £50+VAT is applied. However, we will always look into our feedback so thank you again.

Had a vehicle collection at Northampton…
Had a vehicle collection at Northampton site and recieved outstanding customer service from site manager (Andy). Please accept my apologies if I got the name wrong. The point is, the site manager made my team and I very comfortable. The guy deserves a promotion. Good job all round. Further feedback for the company is to bring back the option of paying by bank transfer. This method used to facilitate us greatly. For that reason, a Mega 4 stars.

Rawk2 left a air tag on the keys which considering the vehicle had been seized by the police 👮♀️ could have led to a confrontation with the previous owner, messaged Raw2k and didn’t get a response I can’t say I was surprised
