Scam Website, Don’t Trust Rayonbay
I ordered 2 jackets on 27th November from Rayonbay and paid ₹999. After payment, there was no proper order update, no delivery, and no response from customer support. It’s been a long time and I have received neither the product nor a refund.
This website looks genuine at first, but after taking payment, they completely disappear. Emails/messages are ignored and there is no accountability.
Based on my experience, Rayonbay is a scam website. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money here. I strongly advise others to stay away.

I ordered on 1st December
I ordered on 1st December. It was showing 7 days to get delivered. After that I sent them 8-9 mails. I got one reply that I ll get in 15 days. But no revert yet. Their contact number is out of reach. Now they have stopped responding to my mails. Also the order is still in preparing status.its 29th december today .thinking to file a consumer case on that company!!if anyone got any revert please comment

Total FRAUD COMPANY.
I ordered 3 shirts pf 5XL in Sep 2025 & got delivery in December 2025. First of all delay in delivery & that too of wrong size. Very very tight. I wrote to them several times for 2 options. Either RETURN & send me of correct size or REFUND. Till date they've not bothered to even reply my emails to decide on their decisions. Seems that this company is a total FRAUD.

This is the first time I got into a SCAM clothing website, i ordered 2 jackets on 4th December and still the order has been preparing on their site and i tried to contact them through mails and message them on Instagram but no response yet. Worst site ever DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Also will be looking forward to file a complaint on NCH.

Ordered on jackets on December 6th and still not delivered. Paid upfront and mailed them and still no response or acknowledged my mails. I want to file a complain in court. They are scammers and been advertising on social media.

It's a scam. I ordered a shirt online on September. It got delivered on December end and they sent a completely different shirt and no means of contacting. They are Scammers

"C H E A T E R S" yes they are cheaters. There is no "cash on delivery" option and once you pay your money is gone. Your order will never be dispatched.

Fraud...i ordered one jacket on 10th of December and it's been 19th December but even after emailing them multiple times there is no update regarding the delivery. I paid already, these guys are looting money of customers. I am sure it's a scam, they are not authentic brand. There is no contact information to connect them.Basterds..😡

Rayonbay fraud / scam stay away
Advertises heavily on Instagram on his page Rayonbay. Ordered on 29/09/25.
Not shipped after 2 months as of today.
His name is Sushibit - the fraudster doesn’t respond to emails .
I’ve been mailing since October to cancel and refund but he never responds
