Ray Padula Holdings, LLC, who sells lawn and garden supplies via their online website and Target stores, is non-responsive when using all available listed options on their website for obtaining a customer service agent or for filing a warranty claim via email or phone. In my situation, I submitted a warranty claim for a garden item with a lifetime warranty at the raypadula warranty claim website. After submitting the claim using the online warranty claim page on their website, it mentions a response will be given within 48 hours. I submitted a claim on 4/13/26 online and have received no response. I have contacted the company at the provided phone for at least 20 times over the span of two weeks with no reply and while the recording asks to leave a message, the voicebox is full each time I have attempted to leave a message. The company website states “Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST at 1-866-446-2063” and I have always attempted contact within these hours. I have also emailed the warranty claim numerous times, also with no response.
