Horrible service

I ordered a steam gift card yesterday and still have not received it. Per their instructions I have sent several emails where it states I will get a response in 15 mins and i have not received any responses from from any of the emails and it has been hours. I would not waste my money if I were you.

Earlier it had been quite difficult…

Earlier it had been quite difficult especially when buying in bulk, the aunthentication process was quite lenghty and stressful. The customer support had been lengthy and quite dumb.
Had to get aunthentication done a few times which makes it stressful.
These days the service has been adjusted and so is the delivery

I found Razer's response to my order…

I found Razer's response to my order and their delivery, rapid and complete. I have ordered from them about 6-7 times since last November/December 2025 and I am more than please with their service!!

Sends Used Gift Cards

They sent a gift card that had already been used, and did not do anything about it. Terrible customer service. It’s a scam. Take your money elsewhere!

Scam

It's a scam. Sent me used gift card numbers with a $0 balance. Their support email just gives you BS reasons why it didn't work.

I ordered a $50 gold razor card. You are just now getting back to me about this? 4 months later? Wow. I never provided proof of purchase because you never asked for it. I filed a dispute with bank

I ordered a $50 gold razor card. Suppose to be instant delivery. Waited 25 minutes and contacted their support to see what was going on. Another 20 minutes no response or card. Sent snothet email to support. Nothing back. I sent a total of 4 emails to their support in 1 and 1/2hours and never got any type of response except the standard ,we recieved your email and will respond withen 15 minutes lie. Finally i sent an email requesting they cancel my order. Ad of yet i dont know if they have even done that. Absoulutly no contact, no card and no customer service at all. And i dont know what happened to my $57 . I would not recomend this service to any one
