A disappointing purchase turned into a brilliant experience
We purchased a second-hand Razor Hovertrax Black Label that didn’t come with a charger, so I reached out to Razor Support and was assisted by Megan and Karen, who were brilliant right from the start. They asked for the serial number to confirm the exact model and quickly pointed me to the correct charger.
After receiving the charger and charging the hoverboard overnight, it still wouldn’t turn on. At that point, I realised we’d likely been scammed. I tested the battery and found it was faulty, so I contacted Megan and Karen again. They truly went the extra mile, despite our purchase not being covered by the standard warranty, they kindly organised a replacement battery as a gesture of goodwill.
The new battery arrived promptly, installed without a fuss, and worked perfectly. My kids were ecstatic, hoverboard back in action, huge smiles, and a very happy household! Razor’s quick responses, clear guidance, and genuine care turned a frustrating situation into a great customer experience.
