A disappointing purchase turned into a brilliant experience

We purchased a second-hand Razor Hovertrax Black Label that didn’t come with a charger, so I reached out to Razor Support and was assisted by Megan and Karen, who were brilliant right from the start. They asked for the serial number to confirm the exact model and quickly pointed me to the correct charger.
After receiving the charger and charging the hoverboard overnight, it still wouldn’t turn on. At that point, I realised we’d likely been scammed. I tested the battery and found it was faulty, so I contacted Megan and Karen again. They truly went the extra mile, despite our purchase not being covered by the standard warranty, they kindly organised a replacement battery as a gesture of goodwill.
The new battery arrived promptly, installed without a fuss, and worked perfectly. My kids were ecstatic, hoverboard back in action, huge smiles, and a very happy household! Razor’s quick responses, clear guidance, and genuine care turned a frustrating situation into a great customer experience.

MX500 dirt bike - Highly recommend

We ordered the MX500 electric dirt bike as a Christmas present for our daughter. The bike arrived unbelievably fast - within 3 days and was mostly assembled already. There were only a few little things to attach and tighten which took 15 mins. We cannot fault the bike so far. It is really solid, great quality, looks cool and our daughter absolutely loves it. The only thing I would say to help people who are looking at buying - their website recommends this bike for ages 14+, this guide is way off. Our daughter is 9 and quite small and this bike size and speed is absolutely perfect for her. I’m not sure if they’ve put a higher age to be extra safe or something but if we had bought the model down from this it would be too small for her. Highly recommend this bike & Razor.

We ordered a bike specifically because Razor advertised a guaranteed delivery timeframe that ensured it would arrive before Christmas/birthday. We ordered well within the stated window and complied fully with their policy.

The bike never arrived.

What made this experience especially disappointing was the lack of accountability. There is no phone number to call, no way to speak to a real person, and no one seemed to have a clear idea where the order actually was.

Communication was slow and vague, and responsibility was subtly shifted to the transport company rather than Razor simply owning the failure of their own delivery guarantee.

As a customer, the guarantee was made by Razor, the courier was chosen by Razor, and the purchase decision was made in good faith based on Razor’s promise — not the transport company’s.

The end result is a child missing out on their birthday present, which is exactly what the delivery guarantee was meant to prevent. A refund was eventually offered, but that doesn’t undo the experience.

For a large, well-known brand, this lack of ownership and customer support was genuinely disappointing.

Fantastic! Thanks

Shocked at the bad reviews. I ordered my kids scooters from currys and when we had an issue with one of them I emailed directly to the company and the replies were super quick and replacement motor sent out for next day.

The kids love their scooters and are perfect for what we wanted 😊

Not 100 hours of battery life

Bought the Razer Basilisk Ultimate - Wireless Gaming Mouse. Has great features and the 100 hour battery life was a no brainer.

Sadly the reality is the battery last 4 hours max! Yes 4 hours from a full charge. If that wasn't bad enough I contacted customer services.

1. Slow to reply
2. Wanted so much info almost down to my inside leg!
3. Thought I was reporting a burnt battery - i wasn't. I said it was burning through the battery charge.
4. I bought the mouse through Amazon but it transpires it was through a market place seller.
5. At this point Raser didn't want know and stopped responding.
6 eventually got a reply and they were more interested in covering their backs than helping a user of their product. Appaling service.
7 I did a charge back on my credit card.
8. Bought another mouse NOT a logitech one!

Jag köpte den här elscootern förra…

Jag köpte den här elscootern förra veckan, och batteriet håller längre än jag förväntade mig. Jag hade problem med min gamla scooter på grund av dåligt batteri, men den här nya elscootern har varit fantastisk hittills.

Not functionable

I ordered a E300S scooter with seat from Amazon, it arrived and after assembly, it moved slow as well as the motor making a horrible noise as though this scooter was repossessed from someone then shipped to me. I informed Amazon who kept resending emails saying there was nothing they could do and sent me a link to seek assistance as it's their company. For 3 weeks now they've had me sending the serial number and the tag on the adaptor and no one is solving this issue. I need to send back their scooter and be refunded. Now I've sent them the info they required. I've not been hearing from them. This scooter was shipped to my mailbox then to me in the Caribbean, FIRST TIME ORDERING, and I feel disrespected as they have been paid my husband is unable to ride his scooter as it's smelling of burning wood. I need to get back my monies cause the scooter have only been ridden for like an hour and is now parked in our game room.

Ruined my sons Christmas

Ordered my sons Christmas present from littlewoods, it's a razor electric scooter, my son was over the moon when he opened it on Christmas day, unfortunately he hasn't been able to play on it as it dosnt work , been intouch with manufacturers RAZOR to be told the scooter I purchased is two years old therefore the battery needs replacing, my sons was distraught on Christmas day and me and my partner were absolutely devastated to see his disappointed face , I really didn't no that these scooters had sell by dates on them , plus when ordering the scooter no were did it say they only last two years , disgusting an will never be buying from the brand razor again , it's there job to stay intouch with littlewoods seeing as they sell there brand !!!!!! And I will be taking this further they ruined my sons Christmas.
