Arrived promptly, was also the same engineer as previous servicing. Very courteous and respectful (ideal house guest!). Was completed very quickly and advised of a minor issue. Very happy in all regards.

They send helpful reminders, are always punctual, and handle everything directly with my tenant—making the whole process effortless. They’re efficient, cost-effective, and genuinely professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Plumber kept cheery despite pouring rain and unusual, time consuming job!
The good humouredness of the plumber. The obvious expertise of the manager he called - it was an unusual call out as builders had noticed a wet area on the patio paving stones, on a very hot day. Investigation revealed on old lead pipe that had sprung a leak.

Excellent service immediately before Christmas
The company came out to us just before Christmas when no-one else would. They fixed the boiler as soon as the new part arrived which allowed us to have a family Christmas with heating and hot water
