We have been long time customers and I am done with RC Wiley because of the delivery/install people they sent for our appliances! I have filled our homes with their furniture and they have always had great sales people ( shout out to Nick in the Layton store!) products, service! So i gave 3 stars because of the delivery! I have had to deal with this guy twice now! Horrible attitude and arrogant! The first time I didn’t say anything about the mess he left, the scratch in my new wood floor, the filthiest appearance, the dirty clothes and shoes, the climbing all over my kitchen counter and putting his dirty shoes on my salt and pepper shakers that I had to throw away! Luckily I had covered all my new floors because when I rolled up the heavy paper it was covered with dirt and rocks and I’m pretty sure they put the dents in my new fridge and the kick plate at bottom of stove. RC Wiley has taken care of us with warranty and service in the past so we always have shopped in Nevada and Utah but no more! This was so far from white glove delivery and the guy threatened me bc this time we asked for booties to be worn because I didn’t want to spend the 50$ for the expensive floor cover, but I should have!!!

I ordered my Kids new Tv's over the weekend. I was gonna have them delivered but they couldn't do delivery for a week and a half. So I figured i could go pick them up. I called the phone number for will call about 25 mins before I was heading out. By the time I arrived I only had to wait about 5 mins before them loaded the new Tv's in my jeep. They was very professional and handled them with care. Absolutely phenomenal. I definitely recommend...

The RC Willey website told me I could pick up my items (2 couches and an ottoman) the next day from the Layton store. I specifically rented a UHaul truck to pick up the items. When I arrived to pick up my couches, I was informed that the items were still in transfer and would not be there for about 2 days.
I explained that I had rented a uhaul truck specifically to collect these items, and the customer service agent at will call said that she would take a discount off of the total cost of the items as compensation for the fact that I rented a truck but was then unable to pick up my items.
When I asked what the discount would be, she said it would be reflected on the receipt.
She then asked what date I would like to pick it up, and I asked if I could just have it delivered at that point, as the day was the only day I could be there to pick them up.
We scheduled a delivery date with free garage delivery, and she sent me away.
Extremely let down by the website telling me a pickup date that was not possible, the distribution center not getting my items to the store on time, and the will call team in not notifying me that morning that the couches were still being transferred.
However I did receive a discount on the purchase for my troubles of being unable to pickup the items after having rented a truck.
A frustrating experience to say the least, but glad RC Willey recognized their issue.
Now I just hope they do something to correct it from happening in the future.

after spending 3000 dollars and took some items home, my wife who is brown Complected"was told to take each item out of her bag and show the receipt.
I will never buy from RC Willey ever again. That was embarrassing and not necessary. In the last 6 years I have purchased over 8000 dollars for appliances and furniture. This is pure discrimination. Also my wife was told to empty her bag. Your response is weak and typical of RC Willey.

Very disappointed in our experience. Looking at TVs with 2 salesmen standing about 15ft from us talking. We had to go ask one of them for assistance. TV we wanted was not in stock and they didn't know when they would be available. We opted to take display model with a small discount. Also picked up a TV stand with fireplace. Had to have ot sent to store from warehouse. We opted to pick these up ourselves. Came to pick the TV up and they really had no way to protect it for me. They wrapped it in plastic, but that is pretty much it. Good thing I thought to bring blankets and cushioning. Anyway, picked up the TV stand a couple days later. Got it home and opened the box and it had a piece of the base chipped out. Called them and was told I had to bring it back for a replacement or pay $89 delivery fee. Really? In my mind, good customer service would be them bringing the replacement and taking the defective product back. Needless to say, we cancelled the sale and asked them to come pick it up, which they are doing with no fee to me. They are willing to come pick it up for free, but not to bring the replacement at the same time without me paying. Well, they lost the sale.

The dishwasher we wanted was added to the cart and it allows us to pick an install date, but the GE Profile refrigerator when added only offer pickup and no installation option. I tried 3 different days. I gave up and got a better deal at Costco and immediate installation dates. That was a $4200 loss.

Annette Vaughn was amazing to work with. She was able to find answers to the questions I had. Got a delivery set for a date that fit my wife's needs. And she was able to learn how to apply a discount. She is the reason I keep going back to RC WILLEY.

We recently bought a dish washer, our experience was below average. The salesman wasn’t very friendly we purchased an install kit that when the delivery driver came he said he didn’t bring one. When I asked what we were going to do he just said don’t know call the store. I had an installer coming and no install kit. I called the store and it took 20 minutes on the hold and finally she came on the phone and told me I could go to the Layton store and get one but it wouldn’t be available for a couple of hours. Really, did I say I had an installer coming! I finally had her reimburse my card for the kit and I called the installer and asked him to pick one up. Not a good experience at all. Next time I’ll look closer at Home Depot.
