Customer service is not so good.

Carpet installers were very professional, courteous and friendly. The 2 different installation dates were exactly as scheduled. RC Willey rebates and reduced costs of carpet are a great incentive.

The delivery team showed up at my house today to take the bed I decided to return. They came on time, they were friendly and smiling, and they had the bed disassembled and gone in five minutes. Two thumbs up for these guys!

Ordered an ottoman on line. The email said it would be ready for pick up on Monday, I tried calling multiple times to verify. My call kept getting rerouted to the operator from will call. The operator told me to just head up, that they were busy helping other customers, it would be fine. I went to pick up the order and it wasn't there. I was told to try again tomorrow, but to call first. I told them what I did before coming in monday. No apology, just a well it's not here, it should be here tomorrow. The email stated it would be there. Why is there not a better system available to notify customers if the order isn't there. Why can't we get an email or the ability to type in your order number in the website for confirmation? Finally I was able to get it today, Saturday..that was my next opportunity. The girl at the desk today said this is a common problem with online orders. Seriously..it should be easy to fix. Email the customer of its arrival or add a feature in the website to type in order number.

I always have a good experience when I come to look for something. Thanks to the people that always answer our questions and show us what we can expect from a good selection.

I went to all the trouble of finding the product I was looking for on your website and then ordering it only to find out the product wasn't available. In my opinion, why have it be on your website and then let a customer order it only to find out later by an email that it is not available.

We have shopped here for two decades and very loyal to this community store because of the professional staff, management and product offering. They stand behind 3rd party service and have gone above expectations to make loyal customers happy. We will continue to shop local at this Orem location for our needs.

I can't believe RC Willey can't ship to me the overhead microwave that I ordered. I have to drive 100 miles to go pick it up at a store or if I pay $88 dollars they will deliver it in their truck, which is ridiculous. I will be ordering from Amazon from now on. At least my items are reasonably shipped to me and I do not have to drive somewhere to go pick them up.

Delivery team missed their window by more than two hours and customer service team was unprofessional in fixing the issue.

Customer Service came through with the issue I had.

Sending out a review for my experience when my in stock item can’t be found and hasn’t been picked up is a tad premature.

The email received said they’d update me soon, I’ve had no update, I have however had a request for a review.

I get it, things get misplaced, aren’t in stock, take time, I would recommend holding off on a review request until the transaction is complete.

The customer service person in Orem was great

After buying 4 LG appliances… I had trouble doing the LG rebate and returned back to RC Willey’s and Brad was good enough to help me resolve the problem. I successfully applied for the LG rebate.

They are are good at helping when I'm in a pinch. Very helpful and curious.

Becky has been very helpful and patient while I chose flooring for our kitchen. The Orem store also helped us with securing a painting at another store. We use them a lot!
