RC Willey - Sacramento / Elk Grove Avis 

Looking for another Lift Chair. As usual the 2 salesman we had contact with were FRIENDLY, courteous, and knowledgeable. Service is exemplary. We have purchased other furniture and beds at RC Willey with a great experience on each occasion. We can recommend them to anyone.

You had the exact Maytag dryer in stock for a will call pickup. I called to see if I could get it now instead of the following day. A person named Tony (who deserves recognition) answered on the first ring, was helpful friendly and patient ! No automated phone system and waiting on hold ! Tony arranged for the dryer to get picked up in Roseville (not delta shores). At the will call center they brought my dryer to our truck within minutes! Impressed overall with 1) availability 2) amazing customer service 3) no sales tax !

I will be buying kitchen appliances soon and RC Willey will be my first choice !

Great service, friendly and helpful!

I recently went to get a part for one of the appliances I purchased at RC Willey. The lady at the cashiers desk was having difficulty figuring out what to do. She must have left the counter 5 times to get help from one of the three supervisors or coworkers who were sitting there doing nothing. Not one of them came to the counter help her. It was a very awkward encounter that took much longer than it should have. I was very surprised one of the supervisors didn't help her. They clearly saw her struggling.

I would rate it “Good” as it’s the 1st time I’ve ever used this website. The best experience I would note is your company made available a bed frame I couldn’t get at the closest store from me (Sacramento). And now I’m getting this product from an RC Willey’s out-of-state.

1. Delivery man arrived on a call, on speaker, walking around my driveway having an extremely loud conversation with their supervisor. He had not knocked or interacted with me but I heard the entire conversation because he was talking on speaker at my door. Why didn't he finish the call in the truck? He continued to yell at the other Delivery man about not wearing sweats during their review the following day.
2. Convinced me not to install safety features and admitted that he was trying to talk me out of it. I chose not to have him do it as he sounded incompetent when explaining to me why it would be hard for him to "drill into the wall"
3. Did not level or attempt to level the appliance
4. No shoe covers

This review is long over due. I have worked as a landlord for 8 years with RC Willey mainly for apartment refrigerators and stoves. My go to person is Eric Wright at Delta shores location in Elk Grove. He is very professional, energetic and follows through on all his transactions. Delivery is very efficient. I hope they will be around for a long time to come.

I enjoy the merchandise and selections. I do not like how the associates, most of them, act like they do not see you in the store. I was in there searching for pillows, and a new box spring and mattress. No one came to help. Except one associate felt like I wasn't important enough to help me. He just pointed to where I should go. The next associate a woman, who act like I was interrupting her personal cellphone time. She didn't help me at all. Instead she followed me as though I wanted to steal something from the store. I asked her if there were any pillows upstairs, as well as mattresses, and she just said. Maybe so, you can go look. I enjoy shopping here at the Delta store. I do not like I have to size up a sales associate that will treat me with Kindness & Respect.

I bought a new house and furnished every room. It had been years since I shopped for furniture. The experience was not great, until I found RC Willy.
Customer service was great and shipping was unbeliveable. Only place to go!

When we ordered the furniture, the website stated it would “come assembled” in two days. On pickup day, we received an email saying it was late and they would contact us. Three days later we still had received no communication. We called customer service and they said it was ready. When we picked up, it was not assembled. We called customer service and they said it the website doesn’t say “assembled”. I pointed out exactly where on the website it states “assembled”. Rep said it’s a mistake and she would have the tech department correct the error. I requested financial compensation. She became rude, and argumentative saying that “comes” means delivery, not pick up. I left a message for the manager.
