Las Vegas NVSales person ZACHARY KONDRK is why I return to this location ,Summerlin ,he is a great sales person, listines to what we want and guides us at our price point ,we just ordered an appliance suite ,then I realized we needed the pedestals for the laundry, I call Zach he pulled my info 5 minutes later we completed the order ,we have purchase a few items as I am a property owner and used to shop arround no more need RC Willie company policy on drlivery,set up and returns if needed is far superior to the box stores ,

The customer service was great
The customer service was great, they do not get many requests for gift cards, The employees should be provided more information from management on codes so they can ring the customers up without trying to figure out how or what to do.

Pretty satisfies overall
Pretty satisfies overall, nice product seems to be decent quality even though the boxes say made it Vietnam. Pretty much everything is now. The only issue was when they delivered the bedroom set there was only 1 nightstand we pd for 2. Customer service called and sorry I guess it was left off the order by mistake I said ok just bring it out tomorrow. The Lady was nice but said sorry the next available opening for a delivery was a week away. So i ended up driving to pick it up myself. My sales person at the store did help he sent me a 100$ RC Willey in store gift card

I paid to have my washer and dryer…
I paid to have my washer and dryer installed. The delivery drivers said they could not install it and did not even uncrate the new units. I also paid to have the old washer and dryer taken, they said they couldn’t do that either. I was charged for this extra labor.

Best Customer Service
I have received the best customer service from RC Willey at the Summerlin store. Chris, in Appliances, is the epitome of what a salesperson should be. He is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and has all the right attributes that someone in sales should have. The only challenge is he is so good at what he does, quite often we have to wait to speak with him; however, he is worth the wait.

Warranty furniture repair
The evaluation of the damage, the pick up, repair and delivery of my furniture was wonderful.
I appreciate the staff taking the time to repair my couch and return it in great condition.
I am thankful for the communication before, during and after. I knew what was going on the entire time. Even with the piece of furniture that could not be repaired.

Excellent delivery service
I was notified via text the day prior to my delivery of the two hour window my TV would arrive. On the day of delivery, I was notified via text confirming they were on their way, with a map to track them.

R C Willey Makes Shopping Easy with little to no hassles
I recently purchased a built in oven. First new oven in close to 30 years. After purchasing some issues came up regarding additional installtion fees. I spoke to my salesman and he was able to accommodate my requests due to my budget. RC Willey wants their customers to be happy about their purchases.
