Do NOT buy from RDPWARE if you plan to use their RDP for anything beyond basic tasks.

I purchased their Canada RDP specifically to access a platform that is geo-restricted in my country. The service failed immediately — the site detected RDPWARE's IP as a datacenter/VPN and blocked access entirely. The RDP was completely useless for my purpose.

When I contacted support within 24 hours to request a refund (they advertise a 24-hour money-back guarantee on their website), they told me crypto payments are non-refundable. This crypto exclusion is NOT clearly disclosed at the point of purchase — I only found out after I had already paid and the service had failed.

They also do not warn you anywhere during the purchase process that their datacenter IPs may be blocked by certain websites. They only bring up section 3.2 of their refund policy AFTER you've paid and complained.
