Not bad but they're customer service was a little slow. Not sure if it was a new employee but could of been better although they got the job done.

They were able to fix my galaxy s6 that had been submerged in water. Great customer service and reasonably priced.

They have great customer service and my phone was done after 45 minutes. I give them 5 stars.

After checking Motorola's price the fix the phone and determining it would cost more for them to fix it than I spent on the phone in the first place, I sent Re-Tech an email inquiry on the cost of fixing the phone. Their price was much lower, but I was skeptical that it was just to get me in the store and then they would hit me with a higher price. NOT At ALL! We took the phone to the store and they fixed the phone and charged the same price quoted in the email. It took a couple hours, but all the customer reps were super courteous and the place was clean and nice. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Re-Tech!

I got my iPhone repaired fast and a good customer service

Call 'em up and a person answers the phone. Holy moly- that right there sets them apart from every other business in town! PLUS, they quote you a time-frame, a price, and they get it done while you wait! VERY fair pricing. Surprisingly fair pricing, actually. A++ Only room for improvement would be earlier opening of the store (8am) to serve the morning drive-time crowd.

Screen repaired in 2 hours with no need to backup everything & at half the price of competition. Yea! My wallet needed that reprieve.

The techs were friendly and efficient. 2nd time using this location, no need for me to go anywhere else!

I took my phone in to retech with the hopes that they would be able to fix it. Verizon sucks and said that there was nothing they can do, all they wanted me to do was buy a new phone. The guys at retech are definitely amazing and I got a phone from them and they transferred all my information contacts and pictures over to the new phone! They are definitely miracle workers because I thought all those pictures we're lost, but they weren't. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!!

Took my phone to get the battery replaced. They did a good job it was quick and it fixed the problem. When I got the phone back I wasn't getting any signal which was a new problem. I took it back they fixed it and made it better than it ever was and did it for free. They do good work and I would recommend it to anyone who needs work done to their phone. And I would defiantly go back if the future for another repair.

I had my iPad screen repaired by a competitor but they did not fix the bent corner well. When one of my ferrets (yes ferrets) push it off the bed it was worse than before. Retech got it right. The seals are set well and you'd have to look hard to see the corner damage. Well done. Next, my iPhone battery.

Re-tech repaired may phone quickly and courteously. Their prices are on part with other repair shops in the area.

Great customer service, great people to work with. I worked with Lewis on my laptop and he was very helpful. The entire staff I believe is very fair and friendly, you don't always find that in electronic repair places

They had my non i-phone screen fixed in 3 hours. Super nice & cheaper then I was estimated at other places. I interacted with multiple employers all helpful.

I had a busted screen and it was so easy and fixed in under 2 hours!! Highly recommend!
