Reading Bedding Avis

Delighted with all of the matresses from Keith and Co - great service too

We purchased three beds after discussing various options with the team in the shop. We would highly recommend Reading Bedding and will use again.

Great service (in the shop and when they delivered), lots of options, and the beds we have chosen are very comfortable. THANK YOU

Professional and friendly assistance in the show room with help to try out several different mattresses. Manufacture and delivery within 4 weeks, as quoted. Excellent service. Thank you.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

Reading Bedding provided an outstanding experience from our first inquiry to the final delivery. The sales and customer service team were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout our purchase. They understood the complexities of our house move and remained flexible with our uncertain delivery date. Their willingness to accommodate our changing schedule was truly appreciated.

The delivery team mirrored this excellence. They were punctual, polite, and efficiently set up our beds, ensuring everything was perfect before they left. Reading Bedding offers a 5-star service across the board, making a potentially stressful situation smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and advice received when looking at purchasing a new mattress.
Having used Reading Bedding previously we knew we would be given honest advice and good recommendation for the firm mattress that we were after.
Smooth process and paid in full on the day and advised the mattress would be delivered to our home address in 4 weeks.
Received phone cal four days before the 4 weeks were up and delivered today.
Delivery drivers were both very professional and helpful and advised how to unpack the mattress, and very conscientious to wipe their feet before entering our home which was very respectful.
Would highly recommend everybody to use Reading Bedding.

Ordered another mattress and brand new bed - we have ordered other mattresses from this fabulous business, hence the return. Great staff to deal with, good communication in letting us know about delivery, delivery guys friendly and professional. 10/10 would have no hesitation in recommending..

Reading Bedding is a fine example as to why people should shop and support local business.
The team were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable about their products and above all not pushy. We looked at what was on offer, listened to their recommendations, had coffee to think about it and went back to the shop and purchased our choice. The delivery date and time was met and the delivery guys set the new bed up and took away the old one. All very seamless and would recommend this company highly.

We just moved in to the area few weeks ago and was recommended this place by our neighbours and we were not disappointed! Friendly staff who found us the perfect size mattresses for our weird sized beds for the kids room! Will definitely recommend to others!

The service we received when we buying a new mattress was 5 star. Their knowledge & advice that was given was excellent. Would recommend Reading Bedding every time, we have been purchasing our beds / mattresses from them for 30 years plus. We purchased our mattress on New Years Day & received it today, they unpacked the new one & removed the old one, we were very pleased with the professional service. We would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful.😉👍

Fast, efficient and keen pricing.
Very pleased with service and delivery.
Would certainly recommend.

Great service, communication and clear delivery times. Pricing in line with cheapest “national chains”

I have recently purchased from Reading Bedding a king size divan bed with drawers underneath and a 3 ft single bed with pullout bed underneath, both beds with headboards , mattresses and mattress protectors . Both beds were of excellent quality, competitively priced , the mattresses very comfortable and the mattress protectors also of excellent quality . What was great was the help I received when I went into the store on two separate occasions from Ramona and Keith in choosing the right beds for our needs. They did not have the trundle bed in stock but researched and found the best option . The headboards were very reasonably priced compared to others elsewhere . What was also great was that the delivery men ( Steve and his friend) did a free check at our house before the order went through to make sure there would be no difficulty in getting the beds up the stairs. Steve and his mate were very efficient in delivering the beds on time and assembling them. All in all I am a very pleased customer and have no hesitation in recommending Reading Bedding to anyone looking to buy a new bed

Both very polite and friendly
There took my old mattress away and unwrapped my new one and put it on my bed thanks guys

I am delighted to enthusiastically recommend this exceptional shop. Our recent encounter with them left an indelible impression of quality and excellence.

We got an excellent value bed delivered this month (August 2023) and every part of the experience was perfect. The team member organising the delivery was incredibly kind and helped fit us in quickly (I am nearly 8 months pregnant so it was especially appreciated!) and the delivery itself was on time and couldn't have been smoother, the bed was assembled in minutes.

A huge thank you to the dynamic duo Steven and Simon who delivered to us, and were incredibly kind and helpful, careful and quick. The bed was in safe hands, but they also took good care of our home. With Steven, Simon, and the entire team leading the charge, it is abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not just a goal; it's the cornerstone of their philosophy. What amazing customer service! I won't go anywhere else again for a bed!

Con men with poor service. Phoned the day before to arrange 1st delivery of the morning as I'm literally around the corner from them. Was advised to be at property by 8am. 2hrs later still waiting !!!!.
Plus they charged me £25 to take the mattress from the curb to the bedroom. That used to be called customer service !!! BUT they advertise this as a free service .

Excellent service and price. Very helpful and prompt communication - I couldn’t fault this company. Mattress arrived earlier than expected which was great!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ben was very helpful in the shop and not pushy at all . The two guys that delivered and set the bed up in bedroom was so nice even took shoes off Evan time they came in the house. Would recommend Reading bedding 100%

Superb experience from first contacting the store, visiting & choosing my bed + mattress, delivery & set up + taking away old bed & mattress.
Friendly, very knowledgeable, non pushy, couldn’t have been more helpful.
Very efficient, friendly & quick delivery, set up & recycling of old bed. The whole experience was stress free & I couldn’t be happier with my new bed too!

Very friendly, efficient and on time, could not wish for a better service. Would recommend.
