Very effective service provided. They had a good system setup and easy to follow prompts for documents submission. Our documents were reviewed feedback provided and our loan processing was smooth.

5 star very solid service and experience. Jorge their lending specialist was extremely personable, very knowledgeable and just as helpful getting through this process. Denise, who came in at the end to guide the closing did a fine job as well.

The process of submitting all necessary information to obtain initial approval was extremely easy and seemed very straight forward and organized. The only complaint I had throughout the process was there were a lot of redundant requests for previously submitted Information and documents. However, if you build your own files and you are a diligent and organized business owner, you won't have any issue grabbing those docs and resubmitting.

People on here giving horror story responses makes me believe they may have to reconsider running a business if they cannot move through a lending process such as this. I would venture to guess they have larger issues than just the SBA.

Really enjoyed my experience. Most other lenders are not able to help new businesses without a track record. This is one of the things ReadyCapital specializes in. They were able to help me get 150k of start-up capital. They were rigorous, thoughtful, helped me put together a realistic budget, and get the loan approved. The funds came in on time and they made it easy by sending someone to me to sign the loan documents. I would highly recommend.

I used them for a business acquisition. Gaby was the assigned closer and she is a rockstar! I will do business with them again.

THIEVES! Update to my previous review: They stole $3,000 out of my business checking account and have not returned it. These people are criminals, liars, and thieves.

I consider it predatory to charge customers $99 to fill out a form/report (Beneficial Ownership Information Report - BOIR ), while it is free. If you go to the government website, the form and filling it out is free. I won't work with a company that takes advantage of customers like that. Capitalism makes that practice legal, but it doesn't make it right to take advantage of customers. I won't do business with them after finding that out. What else are they willing to do, to screw me out of my money?

It seems that Ready Capital wants more information and so I will share what I will with them also.

I was told because the representative was having problems with the website account that I was logging into and it wasn't working correctly, that I had missing documents and wanted me to upload in the email my Business Tax Return (2023) and answer the Borrower Questions (11 of them). I already submitted those answers on the SBA website.

Submitting documents and answering those questions in an unsecured email is just asking for a security leak and the person or other persons can share that information and take loans out or use that information in other nefarious ways.

That is my whole experience. Either the employees are crooks or the company is and encourages it with the employees. I don't know, with not knowing what is happening - that is my opinion of what I think could be happening with the suspect behavior.

Yes, I have the emails to prove it and screen shots backing up what I have said.

Why does SBA work with them?

Their minimum limit for SBA loan is $250k. Don't bother going with them as they don't respond much to inquires. They asked me to go through the conventional loan option instead of SBA but never followed up after submitting all my docs.

RUN! IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with ReadyCap Lending. After countless requests for documents and jumping through endless hoops for months, I was ultimately told that my I didn’t provide the requested documents and my file was closed! Be ware!!

I called the 855 829 5025 Ready Capital lending number. I told service that I am looking to acquire a business. I started to ask her questions about their loan products. They are ONLY offering 7a loans right now. I wanted to ask more questions (shopping around). To see is Ready Cap a good fit. Representative cut me short, and said I need to fill out an application before I can talk to a loan specialist to get my questions answered. So do not ask questions unless you can fill out a pre qualify application. WOW.
