Booked at last minute to deliver home contents into Storage facility.
Pete & Luis provided exceptional professional, friendly and time management services. They were quick and each worked well together as a team. I ensured there was no need for them to disassemble bulk items as I had already done so including repackaged into original packaging so they only needed to focus on the loading the truck. I inspected the storage unit and found Pete & Luis utilised the small unit space well allowing room left over for me to add other (less bulky items) on my final day in the rental property.
The cost was reasonable for me as I had several items that weighed alot, knowing this would also account to the final costs (for that I was more than prepared).
My correspondence with the office staff was excellent. Detailed and reassurance that the services Ready Movers provided is indeed more than I expected. These guys catered to my needs and were very understanding given my short notice.
Above and Beyond, Professional, Friendly, Time Management and Affordable services all around. I'll be calling up for Pete & Luis again when I find another rental.

Ready Movers 100/10!!
Ready movers team were absolutely sensational and helpful! I am very pleased how careful they handled the fragile items when disassembling and packing up nicely and compacted.
Before all of this I showed them what was being taken away, they labelled everything and ticked it off the list as they went on.
I have 2 dogs and they loved the both of them very much, and they were very kind to show them affection and a hello, my 7 month old rotti was happy to escort them down the driveway safely was very cute.
The fella explained very well to me what I was signing before driving away with our goods, which is always a bonus to know what the customer is signing with knowledge from your staff.
Today is the 10th of July and our furniture and belongings have safely arrived packaged and delivered with no damage, the boys grabbed some tools and put on the tv legs for me and plugged the tv in to make sure it turned on and it did. They also stacked our storage tubs along the wall on the garage nice and neatly. Aswell as the couch, washing machine and buffet table.
I am very satisfied with the effort and team work you have in your employees, it's more than a 10/10, I have told many of my friends to recommend their friends of your company, for pricing, service and garunteed safety of your belongings.
My mother in-law also gave the boys a nice cold refreshment ( coke zero)before they hit the road, as a gesture from us as a thank you.
I also did the same for the boys back in Darwin as it was a little more humid that day.
Thank you so much for looking after our belongings and getting them here safely to cairns qld.
We appreciate it very much and if we decide to move again rest assured we will contact you again.

If I could put no starts I would! Avoid all costs!
If I could put no stars I would! Avoid this company with all costs. Damaged my fridge before it got out the door of my property, packed everything on top of my dining room table completely smashed the legs off it. Day scheduled for my stuff to arrive it never turned up! no communication at all. So I had to wait another week or more so that cost me more money as I had to wash our clothes at the laundry mat which was $16 per load.
They damaged so much of my goods. They dented my fridge before it left my house. Scratches and dents on my washing machine and dryer, hole rubbed through wool rug. Legs completely smashed off my dining room table because everything was stacked on top of it, damage to my bed head and frame. Shed trolley wheels completely squashed. Every corner of my queen mattress has damage.
The men unpacking the container were rushing so fast I couldn’t keep up with them, I didn’t have time to check everything properly until they had left. I do not recommend this company. And out of Goodwill, all they will cover is part reimbursement of my table being fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jose and Mark did our move and these guys are absolute Champions! They were fast, huge attention to detail and really careful with my stuff. Super friendly and nothing was a problem!
